Kept clean ass far as laundromats go. Used quarters instead of tokens, which I like. Big washers & dryers to help things move along. There is a TV, but you better speak Spanish you you want to watch it.

If you don’t have a w/d in unit or your complex(or if you have one and it just sucks), sometimes you gotta hoof it to the nearest coin-op. I needed to wash all of my pillows, mattress pad, and some linens, and I happened upon Vista Way Coin Laundry because it was near my grocery store(See Fresh & Easy), and it looked to be respectable enough in both location and appearance. I was pleased with my choice. Right away I saw that they had several dozens of machines in varying load sizes, ranging from the singles all the way up to 6 loaders. I was a little miffed at how much a load of wash cost($ 1.75 for the single, $ 4.25 for the 4), but the machines were fast and efficient and were the size I needed. What makes up for it a bit is the fact that they had about 6 or 7 gigantic dryers in addition to the dozen regular ones, and I was able to combine everything into one of the large ones and select my time for $ 0.25 in 5 minute increments. The place itself was bright and airy, had two entrances and two televisions. There were vending machines for drinks, snacks, and laundry supplies, as well as coin dispensers that took $ 1, $ 5, and $ 10 bills, and then a separate one that would take $ 20s. I suspect that I chose a good time of day, Sunday early afternoon, and there were hardly any other patrons there, so there were plenty of carts and chairs. Even though I have a w/d on site, it’s got a piss poor dryer and only one set of w/d to share amongst 6 units at that, so to save time and possibly money by virtue of load consolidation, I may probably go to Vista Way Coin Laundry for all of my laundry needs in the future.
