First time in California and this IHOP was thee most amazing one I have ever been to. They had Valet walk right up to the car and he was so friendly and helpful. The staff there is freaking amazing, the wait time was even better considering they were jam packed full of people. Awesome place, will definitely come back!!!

Great late-night meal spot. The guy server, who usually works night is a great guy! Very helpful, and very friendly!

Food is still consistent: simple and good. Décor needs a major overhaul. Booth seat upholstery is blackened with dirt(especially on the top corners). Could use a new paint job and a freshening up. It’s starting to look a little«sticky.»

Scary. And not the atmosphere I want to sit in when eating. Yes, I think it’s nice that they allow the homeless to sit inside on a cold night but sitting between 8 people that haven’t showered or are sleeping doesn’t allow you to eat your food comfortably. I would never go back here. Also I was grossed out by all the dishes… I didn’t drink from my glass and regret not asking for plastic silver ware.

Absolutely love this IHOP. You can’t beat the consistently dependable quality of food and service here. No matter how busy this place gets on the weekends, the employees are always pleasant, welcoming, and very efficient. They do their very best to minimize your overall wait time. This particular location is open 24 hours and has complimentary valet parking. You can also call in ahead and they will have your order ready for pickup by the time you arrive.

Slowest IHOP in town. No matter what time of day I seem to come here, the server takes a long time to get to your table, another 10 – 15 minutes to bring your drinks, delivers your COLD food, and then disappears. This happens every single time and there may be 5 other tables there. I don’t get it.

On a rainy Sunday morning… The Valet offered his umbrella to the door. The Manager took my coffee order and let me know they were brewing fresh so there would be a brief wait. The Cook did a fine job on my eggs and bacon! The Server was attentive and kind. LOVED my rainy Sunday IHOP experience!

Came to IHOP for a late supper on XMAS eve since my aunt was missing it. It was a busy night since there were very few servers available. As always, we placed our orders and waited. Unfortunately, our order list was misplaced and our orders were never cooked in time. YVAN, our server, noticed this fault and he communicated with us before we even get the chance to complain and the situation to get worse. IHOP is fortunate to have such a professional, patient and hard-working crew such as YVAN. My family and I very much appreciate his service. Thanks to jim, we had a great meal and went home with a full stomach. Good Job! Happy Holidays!!!

So — yes, it’s IHOP. But the service is excellent. All of the staff — especially the manager/hostess — has plenty of patience with totally rude customers. Late night or early AM every time I am here there is at least one«incident» they handle smoothly. Oh, and the new Pumpkin coffee/latte is over-the-top. Better than Starbucks. Where are you gonna find that at 2:29AM?

I got sick the only 2 times I went there… No exception! The service was okay and pretty nice but I really don’t think the food is the freshest… I don’t expect high quality food from a 24hr diner but I don’t expect being super sick either…

Here on Halloween! 1st time attending the carnival and probably the last time. They are charging folks $ 3 to use the restrooms… they even charged a pregnant lady… smh. The waiter rub me the wrong way… my bf asked if there were other bathrooms available… he immediately says I don’t work here so I don’t know. Huh?! Excuse me Jesus! Yes forgive me Lord, but if you don’t work here why are asking for my order. AND they allow animals in the restaurant! Since when is it OK to allow pets in a food establishment. What kind of waiter brings water with no ice and one glass of water for two people!!! Seriously does he NOT want s tip from us??? Granted we’re in a drought but aren’t you supposed ask the patron if he or she went ice. NOT trying to be picky but dang Jesus. Sorry Jesus but YOU served your way to no tip!!! I dislike it when I have to say excuse me 30xs to only get an attitude… Once again with all the craziness don’t judge a book by it’s cover.

Horrible customer service. Don’t come here if you’re trying to eat late night. My friends and I waited at the table forever for someone to even just say hi. Finally when our server Robert came around he asked us rudely«what can I get for you». I was trying to understand why he had an attitude when clearly we were waiting for 10 min. If Robert doesn’t like his job then he should quit. We literally just got so mad and left. Nobody should ever be treated the way we were treated. Complete waste of time.

You don’t come here for exceptional bougi food. You come here for quick, cheap, filling breakfast. The staff here is super friendly and we’ve been coming here for years for breakfast. Great pancakes, French toast, and egg combos all around.

Hey it’s IHOP what do you expect. It was not crowded as we were there early to eat and head to the airport. Typical IHOP fare was devoured such as pancakes, chicken fried steak and hash browns. Our server was efficient and got us out of there as quickly as possible. If you go in anticipating gods gift to breakfast you will be disappointed, if you are expecting IHOP you will be just fine. I have seen this location be very busy before especially on the weekends.

Okay, let’s be honest, it’s ihop, you know what you’re getting. The food quality remains the same across the chain and the food always comes out looking like the picture. So let’s talk about what makes this place its own individual place. Teamwork. Every time I go in there it’s like everyone is working as a team. Servers, hostesses and managers will seat you and not have qualms about«that’s not my job.» It seems like everyone takes on every job and does it as a positive team. I’ve seen waitresses clean up spills with bussers following right behind them to help. I’ve watched the bussers constantly and effectively clean the restaurant, so it always has a clean feel to it. Waitresses, who may not even have you in your section, will pick up finished plates on their way by your table. It’s just a really effective team and I absolutely contribute that to positive management strategies. You’re bound to have a positive experience here.

Manage your expectations and remind yourself its a 24 hour Diner and you will not be disappointed. I have been here many a time at 2.30/3.00am after a few drinks and haven’t yet had an overly bad experience. The service is very slow BUT the staff are extremely friendly and will try and fix any issues you have as best they can. I highly recommend the mozzarella sticks or any of the breakfast options, definitely try and stay away from the burgers– every time I get one its dry, lukewarm and not overly amazing.

I never write a bad review and I always laugh when I read a review that starts off this way about a restaurant or dinner but today I have to. My girlfriend and I went to Ihop in West Hollywood this morning we order a very simple breakfast, coffee for two, she had a veggie omelet and I had the basis eggs over well, bacon, hash brown well done with the new special Bacon syrup waffles. Let’s start off with my girls omelet, runny, un-cook eggs, FOUL. Then my breakfast the waffles came out, wrong flavor wrong everything, my hash brown were no where near well done and the eggs were over easy, not over well. We asked the waitress to come over explained about the omelet, she took it away, we also explained about the waffles. And she just left it there. When she returned the waitress brought me a waffle with chips of bacon… COLD. And the omelet just looking the same just heated in a microwave. Now the icing on the cake is when we went to pay my $ 29 bill at the counter, I’m assuming this person she was the assistant manager said to me your bill is $ 38.09. I though she miss read it cause my bill was $ 29.56 and swiped my card once she print out the credit slip I noticed the missed charged me! I know we make mistake but her answer to me is «oh». And charged me again the correct amount and stated that if you don’t get refunded in 3 – 4 days to come back and ask for Gio! REALLY. GETITTOGETHERIHOPSTAFF. NEVERAGAIN

I love 24-hour places. There aren’t many places with these types of restaurants, but West Hollywood is blessed with 3 just off of La Cienega. Among the options, this is the middle-priced one. Service can be slow and sporadic, but they are flooded with patrons after the clubs let out, so it’s understandable. For example, I had to grab my own utensils from the large basket near the register because they didn’t give our table any. I did order the Appetizer Platter, and it came out looking crappy. Obvious that things were just tossed on there haphazardly. However, the taste of the chicken tenders, onion rings, and fried mozzarella sticks were good! My friend ordered an egg white omelet with mushrooms and he seemed to enjoy it.

What can I say? It’s an IHop. We’ve all been to one. This one seems to have Wifi and that’s good. There is also a parking lot. Food is standard IHop fare — and sometimes that’s just what you want. Service is friendly and quick. Of course there are plenty of other options in WeHo but sometimes you just want the familiar and this place hits the spot. No complaints.
