Never again in my life :-/

Who owns this place? And are they aware of how poorly its being managed? I was visiting from out of town and it was suggested that we go there on Friday for a fun karaōke night. So we arrived at about 9 pm and sat at the bar. The two blondes working behind the bar completely ignored us. Never once even acknowledging our presence and advising that they would be with us shortly. Nothing. Clearly these young ladies were doing much more socializing than tending to their patrons. Finally «Justin» entered the bar area and noticed that I was being «ignored». He asked if I was being tended to and I nonverbally shook my head. He tended to me but forgot to bring me the menu that I acknowledged that I wanted. Anyway, I give the place one star for the karaōke. It was fun and lively. I did return the following day for lunch, hoping that the day time crew would be better but unfortunately I ran into the same problems. Staff was not attentive. I asked for mayo which was never brought over until I was down to two bites of my burger. When he returned to the table to see if I wanted anything else, I reminded him of the mayo. He brought it but it was literally warm. How are they storing their mayo? Also there was food particles all over the floor and the bathroom definitely needed to be clean. Kudos to the Applebee’s in NJ as I have NEVER ONCE experienced these issues in any of them.

Really disappointed :(The Applebee’s by my house is great! This one was just bleh. I ordered the Fajita Rollup and when it arrived it was pretty much all cheese and lettuce and a few crumbled cubes (yes you read that right CUBES-​as in really tiny, already cooked fake meat) of chicken. Nothing more. Was not appetizing at all. I sent it back and asked to cancel it but to have another menu sent over so I could order something else. Did I ever order somethings else? Nope. They completely ignored my request for a menu so I could at least find something to eat. I’m a fan of Applebee’s, but this location was such a let down :(
Edit: I decided that since the waitress and manager didn’t care enough to actually grab me a menu, I would look it up on my phone and then call the waitress over since she disappeared. Wow. I’d rather just go home then eat here now because I really don’t feel like getting a fly «accidentally» dropped in my food. Not comfortable at all at this location.
Edit 2: Will NOT be returning. The point of a restaurant is to go on and eat, not walk out hungry bc lack of service. What a joke.

This place is differently hit or miss. Sometimes you can come and its average and then other times it is horrible. The place is in need of renovation for sure; remove the carpet. Bobby, the manager, focuses more on hitting on the girls and female staff than guests. Literally sat at a table talking to two female guests as my family and I waited at the door for almost 10 minutes before anyone even sad hello. By the way, where was the host at? Beers generally warm and food is decent if Porter is cooking; best cook in my opinion. Get it together Applebees: analyze your management team; improve your food quality; coach a knowledgable staff.

Love the two for 25 menu. The staff are great, they always has a sports game on. We come often so they know are order and get right to it. Food is always good and the boneless wings are cooked well.

Very slow service. Waiters are just sitting and chatting away. Even after asking WTH, still chatting.

Had the most incredible experience Friday evening at Appleebees. We sat at the bar where Roberta greeted us with smiles and great conversation. She took our oders and presented our drinks in a timely manner. When our food orders came out one of the steaks was a little undercooked. She immediately noticed the mistake and whisked it back to the kitchen. When it then came out slightly overcooked she and her manager, Mike went above and beyond and produced another steak! I have always had good servicec and food here but the excellent customer service we were provided on this visit turned just a meal into an awesome experience!

I wasn’t expecting great service from Applebee’s, but I was expecting at least some service! My dining companion and I waited longer than 5 minutes at our table before anyone came to take our drink order. Those drinks (two glasses of water) then took fifteen minutes to get to our table. Fifteen minutes! Absolutely absurd. The food was terrible. We started with the spinach dip which was horrendous, and then I got chicken fingers, and my companion ordered the pasta. Nothing special about it. Oh, and our fork had a piece of dry lettuce on it that couldn’t be removed. Gross. Will never be back!

I came here for lunch with my parents on my birthday. I really enjoyed the concept behind the lunch special: Combine two lunch portion entrees. I’m all about eating as much food as I can for my money, and I also have eclectic taste, so the chicken wanton tacos and shrimp pasta were an obvious choice. I liked the shrimp pasta more so than the other dish.
During my only visit, the service was good, and the restaurant was clean. I see, however, that this location seems to have a bit of a reputation for the opposite on here.

I know this is Applebee’s and not fine dining and I didn’t expect too much when I arrived but the place was horrible. The floor was sticky, tables dirty and disgusting and the food… Wow. It’s obviously reheated in a microwave cause everything is soggy and wet. Portions are small, even for someone like me who gets full after a few chips. I like Applebee’s and I frequent the franchise but don’t go to that location.

Despite the prior reviews, our visit was satisfying and welcoming. The new beer cheese dip and pretzels is delicious. Our waitress was very accommodating and sweet.

I’ve been to a few applebees and I’ve had an okay time. Decent food and good drinks. But this applebees is a dump. It’s the ugliest one I’ve ever seen in life. Carpet stunk, my 9 dollar «top shelf» margarita was sooooo weak made with the crappiest mix. I would pay 15 or more for a good margarita. I’ve paid 25 b4 at a bad ass place. My pecan encrusted salad was good so I can’t be that pissed. The only thing that was great was Angelina the waitress. She was very sweet, attentive and accommodating.

After a fun and exciting time at Rapids Water Park, my old roomies and I ventured up the street in search of food… after much consideration, we chose Applebee’s over other options in the area…
Still a bit damp from the festivities at the waterpark earlier, we requested a seat outside in their patio. Hostess obliged and offered menus. We sat for approximately 35 mins and weren’t even offered water let alone had our orders taken.
We checked with the hostess inside and she said, our waitress might have forgotten but she’ll send her over… We waited and waited and decided… we’d leave…
Considering it wasn’t busy, wasn’t a rush hour there leaves little room for an explanation let alone an excuse…
