Buffalo Wild Wings

I walked in and was greeted right away… the food was Sooooooooo Good!!! The server Megan was so awesome!!! very pleased!!!

I am a weekday lunch customer and a huge wings fan. I sit at bar where I’m always served promptly and with cheerful service.
They have great lunch specials but I usually get wings and a side salad. They have a great variety of wings, and I’ve tried most of them by now.
I’m a happy customer. Give them a try and I’m sure you will be too.

Yes I know I haven’t wrote any reviews for a long time. But this is the place that got me to write one.
When our favorite manager from the Boynton beach store got moved here. I checked out the reviews of the place. They sent him there to help turn the store around. Going from the reviews i saw, he’s screwed. Lol
So me and kelly decided to check it out for ourselves. We was totally surprised that the reviews are completely right.
They screwed up our order twice. The server was impossible to find. The place was a total joke. The manager that got sent there had just started. Jovan the manager said give me a few weeks to turn it around and come back. We laughed realy hard and say we gotta see this.
We have been back 4 times now. Cause he did what he said. The place is turned around. The food comes out fast and the order is right. The servers check on the tables all the time.
The differents from our first visit to now is like night and day. The place has become one our favorite spots.
I highly recommend trying it out.

They have an extensive wing selection with both dry & wet. If you are looking for something healthier they have salads too. But my favorite item was the street tacos. All the TV’s are HD & there is plenty of them!

Horrid! Called in an order for pick up 10 min before my husband got there and he still waited 20 min for 20 mild wings. That’s it, that’s all the order consisted of… and it was at 3pm during the week… NO ONE was there. When we dug into them at home we both stopped & looked at each other in disbelief. The wings were do dry and stale tasting it’s as if they were previously frozen & warmed in a microwave! The mild sauce was just as good as it always is, but the chicken was not right. I’m wondering if they were so slow, they stuck them in the fryer & forgot them while my husband waited! Very disappointing… we loved other locations but this one needs serious help.

Duffy’s and Buffalo Wild Wings are basically the best wings that you can ever buy and eat. But at Buffalo Wild Wings the restaurant is bigger and more open rather than Duffy’s. Other than that, I love when people do the ‘Spicy Wing Challenge’. So far when I ate there only one person finished the challenge and the other two failed.

If only the food was better. Great place to catch a game with some friends. Beer selection is good, all the staples. As with all stores in this franchise, if the food was up to par, it would be the best sports bar in town. As it is, Duffy’s has a slight advantage.

Great customer service. Great prices. Food is a little salty for my taste. Great to watch any games.

Wings rock. Probably the best wings I have ever had. traditional medium drums. Friendly staff and I come here a lot!

Food was very good… But it took for ever to get it after I ordered it! Very slow service from kitchen… Server was very good… Checked on us two times! This rating could be better with better food service and drink specials!

The worst service you will ever receive of all Buffalo Wild Wings… Everything here is slow and careless. At least one of the order is always wrong every time we go. They take the order late and bring the wings cold. This is when the restaurant is empty. I don’t suggest this place

Went for lunch on a Tuesday. It was empty. The waitress was clueless. I asked about their wing sauces, she couldn’t answer my question. I asked about how their sauce compared to their competitors. Wings arrived in a reasonable amount of time but were room temperature. The sauce was so hot I could only get through 3 wings. Felt like I had been pepper sprayed by the police. I will never go back.

We’re sat immediately on a Monday night, took 10min for the server to finally greet us. There were about 5 servers on and about 2 tables were sat per section. The vibe from the staff was dead; no music or sports audio for our entertainment. We had the wrap and wings. Sauce was okay; a little overkill for me. My girlfriend had the wrap. She ordered it without the buffalo sauce, but of course the sauce still came on the wrap when she got it.
I saw the manager run food to a table and quickly hustled back into the kitchen. Idk if we caught them at a bad time, but this place was definitely off they’re A game. I will not return to this place.

Nice wings.
I had this nice smell, the wings taste great. It has big portion and it was very juicy.
The only thing I don’t like in this place was their service. I would give 1 star for the worst service that I had.

I came in here on a Friday night for dinner. It wasn’t crowded, which was a surprise since the one in Wellington always is slammed when I go there. The place was the usual atmosphere. TVs everywhere you look and a big bar for the ones that want to get their happy hour on.
Our drinks came out quickly, but our food was rather slow. Our waiter told us three times that it was going to be coming out within a period of 30 or 40 minutes. They brought my son’s meal out first and it helped passed time a little quicker while the rest of the meals were in the process of being brought out. I got a grilled chicken ceasar salad and my mom got the spinach dip. How could it take that long? Eh, it was alright. I ate all of my salad because I was hungry and I had better elsewhere. The spinach dip didn’t look too appetizing either.
However, I do commend a changing table being in the restroom here. The one in Wellington doesn’t have one and I didn’t check when I went to the one in Boynton. It is simply a pain in the ass when you have a child that needs to get changed and you walk in the restroom to find out that there isn’t an area for it. Thankfully, it didn’t happen. It’s a hit or miss if I’ll return here. If I do, I’ll get something else and cross my fingers that it won’t be bland.

I like this location so much more than the Wellington location. My parents and I just finished up our meal. My order got messed up at first: I ordered the grill chicken wrap and they accidentally put crispy chicken. The waitress was very accommodating and returned with my new order — no if ands or buts. Very sweet. My parents enjoyed they’re food. I will definitely be back to this location again. Thank you to our waitress for understanding — you were very professional and sweet.

The food is never bad, but I have been there at least 5 times and the service has always been terrible. My friends love to go because they got a bunch of those free vouchers when it opened, but I now refuse to go. Not because the experience is bad, per say, but because it is never beed good.

The servers are always friendly and smiling! Even tough is a franchise the food is delicious and what better than a craft beer and some sports

Former location of Hops Bar and Grill on SW corner of Okeechobee Boulevard & Military Trail in West Palm Beach. This was my second visit to this location after the building was renovated. This first visit was not good on every level, and I wrote it all off as the restaurant having not had enough time to get things right. It happens, that’s just how it goes until everyone is trained.
However, because of the first visit, I chose to sit at the bar instead of a table! I went during the early afternoon on a Saturday, and was not too busy. The food and service were fine. A couple of the waitstaff had major drops of glassware which were kind of entertaining as everyone broke into applause after it happened. Yikes!
The restaurant is not in the most ideal location as you have to sort of trek through a busy shopping plaza to park near it. The «vibe» of the restaurant is just OK for a BWW. I have been to several that just absolutely rock with sports fans with the waitstaff being very engaged with the action. Not here… or at least not during my first two visits. It has potential, so I will check back from time to time at later hours.
No issues with getting cold beer or food at the bar. The manager came by to check on things which is always a good sign. The restroom was spotless, and that too is encouraging.

Kitchen is SLOW! 52 minutes for WINGS to get to my table from a wings establishment? Zero Wait Time. No popular sporting event. Less than half tables sat when we placed order. POOR! Lost cred on any tasty compliments; too hungry to notice!
Wait staff was PLEASANT, though it was a little sad they didn’t back each other up. Witnessed on three occasions Servers in neighboring stations tidying their tables and walking to the kitchen, empty-​handed, whilst passing our table full of empty glassware.
There are very many televisions ALL turned to sports. It didn’t seem as though volume was available on any, though. And as there was no live event on, Im unsure what they do to accommodate game days.
Clean restrooms. Weird layout, though.
Floor plan easily accommodates large groups.
