Buffalo Wild Wings

Food is of average taste. Menu is small and limited. This was 3^rd time having tried Buffalo Wild Wings and final proof it is not a place worth spending time. If you want a place to drink and lack of peaceful environment then it is good.

Been multiple times and have received the worst service never enough wing sauce, half filled ranch cups, skunked beers, rotten salads

Pretty bad location. I don’t understand why anyone would come here. The service is bad and place just smells like cigarettes all over. Best to go anywhere else. Besides, BWW wings aren’t good anyway.

This place sucks. Unfriendly bartenders and getting your food takes almost 30 minutes, even with an empty restaurant

I have lived in Waco for 7 years and have never experienced service as bad as I just had. I waited an hour for food that was cold when I got it. I literally spit our my first boneless wing because it was so hard. I had to ask for sweetener for my tea three times and our drinks were normally empty because they weren’t getting refilled. I have been to this location before and wasn’t this bad. I don’t think I can come back here for the foreseeable future based on today’s service.

Food was good even though it took and hour and a half to make wings. Service sucks. Kitchen is slow. Waitress never asked how we were doing, or gave us a reason why it took an hour and a half to get out food. Too bad, because it has a lot of potential.

My review is based on their service.
We go there on a weekly basis for their Trivia night on Wednesdays. The drinks from the bar gets to you on a timely manner but it takes FOREVER for the food. By no means is this place ever at full capacity. On Wednesdays, half of the tables are empty and you still get the food very late. They’ve had a «We’re hiring» sign posted up front for some weeks now. Someone please apply to this job otherwise we may have to start bringing our own food.

Tremendously slow service as it took 23 minutes from the time I ordered to the time my boneless wings were delivered to my table. I might have a little sympathy if the place was packed, but it was only ¹⁄₃ full.
On a positive note, the wings were to be as expected.

Let me start off by saying that if I was strictly rating food this review would be totally different. The food tasted great.
Now on to the service… It took us over an hour to get that great tasting food. This was far a party of two with only five tables taken up and three waitresses working at lunch. We of course spoke to a manager who blamed our waitress and advised against giving her a tip.
For such a great franchise, something is terribly wrong at the Waco location!

We had great fast service and the food was good! And they were busy! Great night for us and them.

Awful service. The food took almost an hour and a half. Worst service I’ve had in years. At least they have TVs!

Took 25 min for order to be taken then almost an hour and a half for our food to get there. It’s over priced too. $ 9 for something most would charge $ 7

We had to remind our waitress about our appetizer, a drink we ordered and we had to wave her down just for some more water. We were there well before the dinner rush, so it wasn’t busy at the time. She dropped off the check while I had my card in my hand, then disappeared. After about ten minutes, we decided to go up to the front to pay. She was at the front, chatting with her coworkers, talking about customers who were still in the restaurant. She seemed very irritated that we were interrupting her. At least we paid! We could’ve easily slipped out and she wouldn’t have noticed. The food was good, but we won’t be returning. :(

To satisfy my hot cravings I got a side of Blazin to dip my fries in. Beer, burger and hot fries!!! Awesome!!!

I travel from Dallas to an office that I work out of in Waco. The folks in Waco always want a quick place to eat lunch. They promised that the wait will not be long and it has gotten better. So we went today there was a party of six of us and we waited 45 minutes for our lunch menu items. This is unacceptable. We all ordered from the lunch menu. The waitstaff is standing around wondering why the place is empty. Maybe some of the waitresses should go back to the kitchen to help the one cook out.
Come on people it’s 12 o’clock in the afternoon and the dining room is dark like it’s happy hour.

I used to work at this location while in college. I would not recommend eating anything here that isn’t deep fried. That means wings (regular and boneless) and fries are safe, but everything else is iffy. I do not recommend ordering burgers or chicken, as the cooks occasionally (inadvertently) did not fully cook everything, and most of the food is frozen to begin with. Salads are okay, if you’re into shredded iceberg lettuce. Desserts are not homemade, and many of the appetizers are pre-​packaged in small batches in the deep freezer and are simply microwaved before being served to customers. Also, some of the dumbest local, podunk people I have ever met worked at this location and didn’t take their jobs (or anything) very seriously. Waiting time for food can become extremely long, even when the restaurant isn’t at capacity, because the staff is goofing off in the kitchen. The more experienced servers work in the bar area and the newbies are left to fend for themselves in the main dining room.
In sum, beer and wings are your best bet here, and the best (read: not completely awful) service is in the (smoky) bar. If you choose to eat here, expect your meal to take 1 – 2. hours, and know that when you leave you will have spent way too much money for what you received in return.

Do not come here! Ashley the bar tender is rude, her service is terrible, and if you want to watch a Mavs playoff game with sound. This isn’t the place! Won’t ever go back…

I am not sure why all the poor reviews. The place was packed for football and we had amazing service! Beers were cold and served quickly and we had our food within 20 minutes. Natalie was our server and not only was she gorgeous, but she made our visit so fun! Loved her suggestion of the sweet BBQ wings and the smothered wedge potatoes were so delicious! This is our new place to go for great food, awesome service and of course FOOTBALL!!!

I’m going to rate the restaurant based on my opinion of the food and the bar area. I like to come here during happy hour when it’s nice and dead and sit in the bar. The food is always really good & the wing flavors are great. The bartenders are always friendly and helpful, even if the kitchen is kind of slow. This is a nice place to chill with a friend or two, drink some beers, watch some sports, and stuff your face.
Now, my opinion on the restaurant area is a bit different. After an absolutely horrible birthday experience a few years back, I decided to give the place another try. I do not recommend sitting in the normal seating area, as I have never had a pleasant experience on that side, so I haven’t sat there since.

This place was comparable to a San Francisco prostitute: slow, overpriced and it taste even worse than it smells.
The service is slow, even when it’s not busy, and I gagged from the stench of ashtray that lingered throughout.
