After having Emerald for several years, this year I was not even given the courtesy of a return phone call after calling them many times. Their foreman even told Kenny to contact us several times, again no call. My pond that Kenny did is leaking, again no call. A bottle was broken and no one told me — thank goodness we saw it as my grandchildren play and could have stepped on broken glass. With so many landscapers in the area, do not use Emerald.
