Nice clean store, very broad selection of Roxy/Quiksilver clothing. Service was great. There is definitely more selection for men and boys than for girls and women. They also have a nice selection of go pro accessories and hydro flasks. Overall, nice store but pricey compared to similar items sold in department stores.

Great selection of Quicksilver and Roxy. Of course. Duh. No really it’s a big store. It also has a great selection of GoPro stuff. Great for all kind of sports. The staff is very helpful.

Friendly employees and a great selection of regional Quicksilver merchandise! The cashier was kind and helped me find some shirts and sizes. Great place to grab some proprietary Hawaiian Quicksilver items!

Nice clean store with helpful staff. The cashier was quick to assist us in our shopping venture. She was polite and chatty and easy on the eyes. The store itself is clean, well lit, features the latest in surfer fashion and is priced as you would expect for a touristy area.

Stopped by the shop to look for Eddie Aikau shirts and stuff. Kaimana was super friendly and helpful regarding store items and with tips on where to go while visiting the island. She’s definitely a great asset to the store(management take note). Prices were comparable to mainland shops and the service was great. Pass by if you get a chance, I know I will when I’m back in the area.

Service! No, I’m not talking about a tennis or raquetball game. I am talking about treating your customers like fellow human beings so that they buy something, so that the owner makes more money, so that they can someday give you a raise, or at least allow you to keep your job. Okay, what’s the rant about, Norm? The whole family and I wandered in here the first night we stayed at the Hilton Waikoloa. I was excited because I saw some swim shorts and rash guards that I hadn’t seen in the Honolulu store. I was set to buy a new rash guard and swim shorts, along with a rash guard for my wife that in total would have been more than $ 100. I know, chump change for the permanent denizens of the Waikoloa area, I am sure! Be that as it may, I was all set to make my purchase, and the two youngish dudes behind the counter wouldn’t even make eye contact with us. There were other would-be customers in there also, and they ignored them, too. What were they doing? Talking about inane things to each other, laughing it up, obviously noticing the other creatures on the other side of the counter but obviously none of us were«cool» enough to get their attention. So, as much as we wanted to buy the gear, we were not going to give these business killers any of our hard-earned money. We left the store with our wallets full, and so did the other would be customers in the store. In case Quicksilver is interested, here is a prescription for success: 1. Hire smiley happy people who really like ALL people. 2. Smiley happy people greet all customers with a smile and«Hi!» 3. Smiley happy people ring up the sale. 4. Smiley happy people thank EVERYONE for coming into the store. 5. Smiley happy people smile because it feels good to be friendly. 6. Owners reward smiley happy people with raises because business has increased tenfold. Practice forever. Results guaranteed.

Cute shirts — reasonably priced for about $ 20. My gripe is that the selection for Men is waaaay more extensive! So the hubby bought a few shirts. We’ve washed them already and they held up well!

Probably what you’d expect from this brand, but WTF, it’s a tropical island, they don’t sell swimsuits year-round? Bikini-wise, there were maybe a dozen to choose from; a top and a bottom would’ve run ~$ 90. The store’s not that big, so you don’t have too much selection, period, and yeah, the men’s side was bigger.
