Arwen was very help and great to deal with. This was my first Rolex and it was a great experience from start to finish. She is highly knowledgeable as well as her manager.

Breezy the manager/​sales is awesome. She helped us pick out my wife’s Datejust (w/​diamond bezel and markers) last year and we stopped by this week on vacation to have it cleaned/​inspected. What a delightful sales consultant who has both great product knowledge and the true spirit of Aloha hospitality. You can buy Rolexes in a lot of places, but you won’t find a better rep for their brand than Breezy. Thanks again, and we’ll be back!

I had a fantastic experience buying a timepiece from Baron & Leeds. I started out my Maui vacation in Lahaina, so my first visit was to the Whaler’s Village location. I met Linda there who was friendly and helpful, however, they didn’t have the exact watch I wanted. She made a call over to the Wailea location and they had the hard-​to-​find watch. She took my credit card information and held the watch for me.
Fast-​forward 3 days and we’ve moved hotels to be in Wailea. Spencer Pang, the General Manager, greeted me. He finalizes the transaction, walks me through the watch, and educates me about the warranty/​service policies. Spencer is awesome! Super knowledgeable and a good salesman, yet easy-​going. When I’m ready to buy another watch, I’m definitely coming back to Baron & Leeds!
The only (slightly) negative experience that I would dock a half star for is that I was given a $ 200 voucher that was not applicable towards my watch, even though the coupon didn’t list restrictions. Nonetheless, this was still a 5 star experience.
Note that although I did business with both the Lahaina and Wailea locations, since I finalized the purchase in Wailea, I’m writing the review for this store.

Stopped in to see if they had any Dayton’s in stock. I was asked on a scale of 1 – 10 how close I was to buying???
I said about an 8, I was told they didn’t have one for me. Also that they don’t do orders. I thought that was odd because you can get one on line and shipped to you in about 4 days.
Since I have been looking at pre-​owned for about $ 10 000. I just wanted to know what a new one went for.
The sales lady was not very good at making me feel like they wanted me at the store, kind of rude and talked down to us. She wouldn’t give me a price I could buy it for until I said I could buy it now if you had one.
Guess what? She said have a seat I’ll bring it out now. I was floored by this, not even wanting to show it to me until I said I’ll buy it now if you have one. This is one of the worst sales process I’ve seen from someone in a while. I don’t remember her name, older lady with badly died hair that looks permed…
Before I spend good money I wanted to make sure I liked the feel and the look.
I just found one at amazon and I am having it shipped for the same price!!!
I would say please bring a copy of your bank statement when you go in so the sales staff can tell if your worth the time!!!

I’ve been searching for a necklace for the past 6 months and finally found one that I loved at Baron & Leeds. My bf went in and out of that store 3 times (within the hour) because I was so indecisive on whether to drop that kind of money… and all the while, Tony was there and very patient with us, and greeted us every time with a smiling face. No pressure at all to buy unlike some of the other stores in Whaler’s Village.
When we finally decided, Albert helped us with the transaction and was very personable and professional. Good thing we had dined at Lahaina Grill a few nights ago for small discount :)
I loved the pieces here and will definitely come back here next time I visit Maui!

I stopped in here just curious based on the excellent reviews it received on Unilocal.I did not buy anything here but I did peruse the jewelry and watches since it was kind of a slow day shopping. I was very clear with the salesperson that I wasn’t going to buy anything and I was just looking, and he still gave me great service. He convinced me to try on a $ 5k necklace and a $ 10k Rolex. I instantly fell in love with both. If I ever come to afford a Rolex I would definitely purchase it here. I thought they were so incredibly nice and helpful. What a great little gem!

What a classy store and what a classy sales team. After shopping at the other stores at The Shops at Wailea, I was so turned off by all of the sales people – I had never experienced such uncomfortable pressure in my life. Sure, there’s a recession and Maui retail has suffered, but OMG back off and let me shop!
Walking into Baron and Leeds was a breath of fresh air. I never thought I’d be able to afford something here (hello Rolexes…), but we had received a $ 200 coupon when we had dinner at Duo at the Four Seasons a few nights earlier. So I thought maybe, just maybe, I could find that belated birthday gift my boyfriend kept telling me I needed to pick out for myself.
All three members of the staff that day were so sweet to us. No pressure, just patience. I tried on so many different pieces of jewelry, from necklaces, to bracelets, to earrings, and even though I had to say, «that’s a bit out of my price range» to things I loved, the salespeople didn’t judge me or my unwillingness to spend a ton of money.
I ended up with a gorgeous pair of earrings that I absolutely love! When we were ready to pay, it was time to let them know we had a coupon. I had been holding back because I didn’t want to deter them from helping us. What was their reaction when I pulled the card out of my purse? Pure delight. They were so excited that I got to use it, so happy that we came in, and truly pleased that their cross marketing was working. Here’s a team who actually made us feel good about saving money in their store. I couldn’t believe it.
If you are in Maui, and need a break from the smothering pressure and uncomfortable hovering in other stores, you will be refreshed and wowed by Baron and Leeds.

they are the most helpful courteous people who sells high end watches they dont look upon or judge people on looks. we were just in our slippers & shorts with old shirt on and they entertained us. i bought my wife a anniversary watch which is $$$ but shes worth anything coz she is priceless. special mention look for cherly if your there and in the market for a beautiful watch and good experience thank you.

I had the pleasure of visiting this particular location when I was vacationing in Maui last week. This was a very nice and upscale jewelry store that carried lots of high end watches. The very first thing that gotten my attention was just how nice and friendly the staffs were. I want to give a special thanks to Barbara, Kathy, Tom and Sun for their un-​divided attention and excellent customer service. The staff were very professional and extremely knowledgeble on the watches that they carried. I found the perfect watch that I have been looking for the last 5 years… the unicorn of all watches… that’s right… THE SS Rolex Daytona!
I have been to over 25 Rolex affiliated stores from East to West coast, and have never seen a brand new one sitting in the show room. I must say, that most of the times when I ask about this watch, the sales person would give me this subtle smirk… as if they are above the buyer. THAT is the difference between all the other high end watch stores and Baron & Leeds! Their staff treated me with respect and care thru out the entire process. They even gave me an extra night to think about my purchase because the watch carried a hefty tag. There were no sales pressure from the staff at all. I just want to say that I have never even been inside of a Baron & Leeds nor know any of the sales staff prior to my trip last week. I can go as far as to say that they are THE best sales team I have encountered during my 5 years of search. If you are in a market for a new watch of any kind, you can’t go wrong by stoping by this store or any other branches in the US. I am certain that you will find the shopping experience to be nothing less of excellence, even if you don’t buy from them.
I truly beleive that they have taken customer care and the aloha spirit to the next level. They have done everything to make me feel comfortable and secure about my purchase, for that I am grateful… I look foward to the day on my return trip and hopefully encounter the same staff on that beautiful island.

This tiny little shop in the Shops at Wailea features a selection of Rolex watches among other brands. They also offer select brands of fine jewelry.
The sales clerk was quite eager to show me the beautiful pieces. Unfortunately I did not find anything that I «needed». But this shop is worth a visit if you are in the mood for a new watch or shiny bauble! :)
