Mr. Appliance of Maui

Edwin (Mr Appliance) does a great job. I would use no one else. He is prompt, professional and knows what he is doing.

I have used Mr Appliance three times. Every time the gentleman who came out to work on my appliance was great. He was professional, courteous, and always fixed the problem. Unfortunately, every single time I have called to make an appointment the lady who answers the phone is rude and seriously goes out of her way to not get my business. They say they will call you back to finalize a day/​time for an appointment (which is crazy that they can’t just confirm a day/​time when you call) and they never call back. When you do get her on the phone she goes on and on about how busy they are and how she cannot take any appointments without first consulting her technician. This is the last time I ever try to use them not because the actual service is bad but because it is so frustrating trying to even make an appointment — get a new booking system and receptionist!
