McDonald’s

When I was ordering food for breakfast, I wanted to replace the eggs for bacon, the cashier was rude. He gave me some attitude and he seemed like he didn’t want to be working. He also got my order wrong. I was disappointed and upset but the manager was very friendly. And I just didn’t want to go back there anymore. Poor manners and customer service.

When through the drive-​through to order at $ 7.99 special advertise on the window for the triple pound burger. After ordering at the cashier told me it was $ 8.99. Told her the sign said $ 7.99. She aid it was wrong. Wtf? Only had $ 8.50 on me so had to go elsewhere. Last time going there. Called the store to tell the mgr and got hung up on. Never again…

Bad customer service. They never give ketchup, napkins, straws for our drinks and etc. We had to ask them & everything.

I came thru the (drive-​thru) yesterday.
It was crampy & hardly any parking. Other than that, the store itself seemed really small compared to others but that’s ok.
The burgers we had actually tasted more fresh & not so frozen/​processed which was great.
As for professionalism, I’m not sure how to rate. When we did pull up to the window, one of the workers who was packing our bag said, «what the hell is this?» That made me think: Did you put something else in our bag? Are you not paying attention to the order? Idk what.
But food was great & the workers were nice

Two words: haupia pie. Three words: I love haupia (pie). Live it, love it, respect it. I came here for my first haupia pie and a cup of coffee. I left with a desire that I am unable to shake to this day.
This place was clean and the service was nice. 4 stars out of a Hawaii 5 – 0.

Great location, right next to the beach, but my only complaint is the parking lot situation. Drive thru lane needs to be painted so ppl that aren’t from waimanalo know that u wait by the wall, rather than cut ppl off who’ve been waiting forever.

This location seemed to be a little busy we stopped by for lunch after hitting Bellows beach! Order seemed right except our French fries were very bland like no salt. :(but luckily my daughter didn’t notice the difference but us, the adults did. My burger also was not warm but room temperature like it had been sitting out???

I understand McDonalds don’t have the best food or customer service, but this McDonalds sad. There were only a limited number of restaurants near our rental and due to form sized fridge we unfortunately made several visits during the last two weeks. The drive through is not marked clearly and this allows cars to circumvent the line from the opposite direction. We were also charged double for an extra sausage and when we went in to have it corrected we were told that was the correct price. On subsequent visits we were charged the real price but when we inquired about the previous over charge we were told we should have brought it to their attention at the time. We did. Food quality was fine; service and layout of parking lot leave a bit to be desired.

What a horrible and terrible McDonald’s!
I walk in to see a huge line with only «ONE» cash register open and an employee who was serving each customer very very slowly. I said, «Forget this, I am going to the drive thru.» So, I get in line with the drive thru and I kid you not, it took 20 minutes to go through the entire line. I have NEVER waited so long in a drive thru in my entire life!
My family was waiting inside for me, because I thought the drive thru would be faster. So, we sit down to eat only to have many flies around and on our food. Disgusting! My son is still hungry after his sandwich and I proceed to order him another sandwich from Luz, but she does not give me a receipt. In fact, she was just letting everyone’s receipt just print out into a large receipt roll. As I was at the counter ordering, all the employees looked miserable. Miserable to be working here. Not a single happy camper in the entire restaurant. The manager, Jason, looked like some young punk kid that doesn’t know how to manage a restaurant.
This McDonald’s is poorly managed and I am very very sorry that I took my family here today to eat lunch.

I love McDonalds because they alter their menu based on their geographic location.
Saimin on the menu? I’m from California. What is this Saimin you offer?
So I asked the drive-​thru guy what Saimin was. There was no picture… He must have thought I was special-​ed. He said it was like noodles. He could’ve just said it was straight up noodles soup!
I asked what kind of noodles, is it good? His reply.“if you like noodles” in a dry sarcastic tone… He sounded young and immature and I should’ve jumped through the drive-​through window to show him how much I like noodles… but anyways.
Add 2 stars for the Chicken Nuggets, french fries and regular coke that I’m used to getting in California… Minus stars for the kid at the drive thru.

A great McDonald’s because they offer public restrooms (even though its one stall). We visited this McDonald’s frequently when we were at the Waimanalo beach. This McDonald’s makes delicious ice cream cones and taro pies! Also, when I ordered a happy meal, I asked the cashier to give me the cutest toy he had available, and he gave me a cute panda bear toy (and told me it was his favorite out of the others). Friendly and fast customer service! The McDonald’s also offers drive thru ordering.

Who gets excited about a McDonalds renovation? I do! The old drive-​thru used to look like this with the menu (several car lengths ahead) too far away from the speaker to read:

I usually just use their restroom since it’s clean. It’s an average McDonald’s except that they let a woman bring a deranged pitbull into the building. Seriously, the dog was kray kray. I know and appreciate that Waimanalo is laidback but that’s just too much. When it went into the parking lot it saw my dog and was determined to kill my dog who is sweet and friendly. It was nuts and at this point I’m never going there. I rather use the grody bathroom at the beach than ever coming back to this McDonald’s.

MmM MmMm MmMM Breakfast!
Came right before bfast ended, around 9:30.
We went to the drive thru and got our breakfast almost instantly. The lady who took our order was a very friendly nice lady! she made me happier :)
The food was SoOooo goOoooOd!!! the best mcdonalds bfast ive ever had! didnt even taste like it came from mcdonalds, even the steamed rice was good!!! Mmm Mmmm MMMM im craving those Portuguese sausages right now!

Visit: 6÷9÷09 — Dinner. Had Quarter Pounder meal.
The french fries that came with my meal today were awesome. They must have just came out of the fryer and into my drive through bag.
Quarter Pounder was okay. I didn’t eat it on my way home so it was not as fresh.

Price is always right at McDonalds.
