I was actually shopping around Waikele and I was in the mood for iced coffee. Me and a friend entered the establishment at 5:00PM and already I have had a few issues with this place; especially as a first time customer! First thing I wanted to address is the employees. If someone is walking into your business, I highly recommend hiring individuals who are upbeat, friendly, and have the willingness to assist. These two individuals did not greet us as soon as we walked in. They were also complaining about working. As a customer, you want to feel welcomed and not feel like you are of some bothersome to the employees. There were no, «Thank You!» or «What can I get for you?» It was like I was expected to give them my order and that was it. They never asked if I had any questions or offered any recommendations. As a business, you want to be able to make the experience for a customer to be atleast a good one. Keep in mind that a satisfied customer will tell one or two people but a dissatisfied customer will tell a whole lot more. The only good thing I could compliment was the efficiency of the drinks. They were able to get them done within 1 minute. The quality of the drinks could however use more work. I honestly would have no problem walking down the street to Starbucks for my coffee fix than walk into this establishment again. Atleast at Starbucks, they make you feel welcomed because it is what they stand by. They make you feel at home! So think twice about where you are getting your coffee. This place obviously lacks the«Aloha» that the establishment is named after!

Putting 5 ice cubes in hot coffee does not make it iced coffee… Now I have lukewarm coffee in the 92 degree heat… :(

I asked for a recommendation and wanted to know what most people order for drinks. The worker told me that the orange creamsicle was most favored among tourists… I’m a local here and I somehow believed that this drink would have been super good. I was wrong and I could’ve gotten a better drink somewhere else.(What was I thinking.) The orange creamsicle, to me, tasted like orange juice smoothie. No creamy taste. The drink itself wasn’t orange colored… it was more on the pink side. And to think that this drink would’ve been worth my money… I was wrong! I completely forgot this is a tourist spot. I gave this place a second try and bought an aloha caramel frap. I got my order 3 minutes after paying, and when I took my first sip, I was not content. There are better coffee places and smoothie places. This frap had little ice blended, which made the drink liquidy. :/

Wasn’t too fond of this place. They serve drinks and food. Price was okay. Location is great. Service was eh, ok. Some seemed friendly while others lack it. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato with 3 shots. Before I even walked out the door my ice had already melted. Walked over to the lumpia stand(which btw is right outside the door) and did a turnaround to just fill up the ice a bit more because my drink was already getting warm. The girl at the register looked at me all sassy just for asking if I could have more ice and told me to stand on the other end to ask for that. Was it wrong of me to refill my cup w ice when I had asked for an iced drink? We had also ordered the creamsickle(sp?) drink, which looked orange in the photo but when we received it it was pink. I’d rather take the drive down to Starbucks and get my drink there.

To the person who accused Aloha Coffee of lying about his drink, it actually happens there. Especially because people don’t speak English all of the time and they take the complete wrong drink sometimes. I’ve seen it, so be careful about accusing.

Very poor customer service, forgot my drink. As I complained they lied about how someone else took my drink when I ordered a large and his was a small…

Haven’t been in Waikele for a while and decided to try this new coffee place out. When we first opened the door the person that was taking orders already looked annoyed and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. We ordered Creamsicle which tasted like it wasn’t even blended well and nothing like the description and also ordered a blended iced mocha which tasted exactly the same as what you would get from 7 – 11. My overall experience with this place is not very good from the poor customer service to the below average drinks that they sell which is safe to say I will not be coming to this place again. The only reason we tried this place was because it was right in the middle of the outlet. Next time I will be more than happy to spend the extra money to go to starbucks or coffee bean!

If you want to grab a fresh Lion Coffee, this is the place for you. They don’t sell Lion Coffee beans. It’s located in the center of Waikele Premium Outlet. It’s like a Starbucks. They have other drinks & food you can purchase as well. There’s sitting areas all around outside the store. So if you need a break from shopping grab a coffee, sit, and relax. The lady who helped was nice and friendly.

Ladies and gents, no longer do you have to go down the street for caffeine while shopping at the Waikele Premium Outlets. With the recent renovations at the Waikele outlets, Aloha Coffee and Juice Co. is a much needed and welcome addition. Just opening in late January 2015, Aloha Coffee is located next to Kate Spade(c’mon ladies, you know where this is) and is connected to a Kung Pao Wok, a Chinese fast food restaurant. As their name implies, they have coffee and juice. They brew Lion Coffee and make espresso drinks the way it’s supposed to be made — and I’m not talking about pushing a button like some other joints. They also have paninis and smoothies. I came around dinnertime and ordered a chicken pesto panini. They have two other varieties, one of which is Spam(hmm). I must say for $ 6.99, the paninis are huge and worth the price. It could easily feed two — I had a hard time finishing one and I was hungry. The flavors of the panini combined perfectly and the bread was so crisp! For my drink I ordered an iced vanilla decaf latte. It was silky smooth and there was a perfect balance of coffee and vanilla in every sip. The service is top notch as well. There was one lady working when I went and she could truly multitask and was professional and friendly. Recommended.

Staff was very nice! I was their 3rd customer ever and they were very organized which I liked! I got an Acai smoothie and a pineapple muffin and both were delicious. They will be getting sandwiches in soon and I’ll be sure to go back when they do! Very convenient for anyone working/shopping at the outlets. Decently priced as well! Payed $ 6 total for both items.

Being an employee in the Waikele Premium Outlet center, it’s always a hassle to walk all the way across the street to get some coffee. I was having a horrible morning and really needed to get my coffee fix before starting work today. I decided to check and see if Aloha Coffee and Juice co. was open and luckily they had just opened their doors for business! Yay for being their first customer :) They have a nice and simple menu selection from hot/cold espresso drinks to iced or blended coffee, fruit smoothies and even a couple sandwiches! I ordered my go-to drink a medium iced caramel macchiato and even got a free pastry for visiting on their grand opening day. Also, ask for a rewards card if you plan on coming often, because that way when you buy 5, the 6th one is on them! You can definitely tell that the staff is still in training and learning things but what else do you expect from a new store? I’m sure to be visiting again in the future to try other menu options.
