Pizza Hut

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Let’s be clear, I’m well aware this is just a Pizza Hut. But without a doubt the SLOWEST pizza hut I’ve ever been to. Super crappy customer service and really, why would it take over an hour to make one pizza???

Basic pizza at Pizza Hut, it’s good lol. But this location needs some customer service help that’s all. Again if your you job, quit your job, don’t take it out on the customers

I think this pizza Hut location is awesome. Their customer service is great. Food is awesome.

The food is well pizza at Pizza Hut don’t expect 5-​star restaurant. If you order from here try do it over the phone if picking up not online otherwise plan to wait at least thirty minutes longer than was stated online and then get crappy customer service as the cashier laughs that you waited 30 minutes because they forgot you were waiting.

Ordered a thin and crispy super supreme @ 1:15 got it at 2:30. Ordered it well done since last time it was undercooked. It came soggy and undercooked. Manager said she could send out another one but it would take about 45 min. She offered to throw in a dessert order. Big whoop imo. Pizza hut should enable their managers more. And managers, you should put yourself in your customers shoes. I waited over an hour for pizza, you messed it up, its gonna take another 45 min to get a new one, and all you can say is sorry I can either refund u or send u another pizza. Pizza hut better pick up their game before papa johns and dominos take them over. I wish I could put 0 or negative stars for this review.

Seems like they’ve changed their service charge to $ 3 now… I still won’t be ordering delivery.

You see my favorite thing about this place is their customer service. It’s not often you get some people to go out of their way. When I come up to the counter, someone helps me without me waiting forever, like other places Ive been to (when it’s slow of course).
This pizza hut shares their menu with taco bell so there are more options.
I love that the drinks are free refills and that the soda dispenser is OUTSIDE the counter, so it makes it easily accessible to get.
All the times I’ve been here it’s been slow, so no wait. WHICH I LOVE.
Here’s the negatives: Because of the high turnover rate, the customer service varies. But I say that for all of them. As far as the food. I’ve had a few times where the pizza was soaked and I mean full on like soggy-​like, where the bottom of the box is almost ripping cuz it’s so wet. The funny thing is the pizza is FRESH and super hot, but the bread is all SOAKED through. When I asked for another one, no problem they made one no charge, but the next one again was soggy. I’ve had better days at that restaurant and some of their other pizzas have turned out great. It’s just everytime I get a SUPREME pizza is when it really gets soaked. That’s disappointing since I love supreme pizza, and I know that something must be wrong if it’s soaked because obviously I’ve had pizza all my life all over the island, and nation eating the loads of supreme… so I find this odd. Could’ve been one of the best pizza huts on the island. but that soaked supreme just KILLED it for me

This Pizza Hut location shares space and a counter with a Taco Bell. I am not a huge fan of pizza in general, so I appreciate the ability to pick up a pizza for my family and a burrito for myself.
The staff at this location is friendly and helpful, always willing to offer a deal to make the dent in your wallet just a bit smaller.
The majority of the people in the dining room are simply waiting for pizza. Most of Taco Bell’s orders are delivers to the drive through, and most people take the pizza home.
The pizza is hot, and I’ve never had them mess up an order. I have also had them deliver from this location, and the order was accurate. No complaints at all, other than time, which is the main reason I generally grab dinner myself.
