StorQuest Self Storage

I love this place!!! Their facility is always clean, clean, clean!!! This may sound crazy, but cleanliness is a huge factor for me. Their employee Shirley I believe is the person I always run into while I’m there and she always does a fantastic job keeping the facility clean including the bathroom, she also is really good with greeting me anytime I run into her and always asks if I need help with anything. I had bought to her attention about the lighting sensor outside of my storage unit, she said she would bring it to the attention of the facility manager and in no time they fixed the situation. Really appreciated the timely response to the matter, it’s not like they ask if you need help with anything, you tell them, then it takes forever to fix the situation. They are on it!!! These things really matter to me because I live in Ewabeach and had 2 drive up storage lockers there which was «super» convenient, but sadly due to their terrible service, unapproachable workers, filthy restroom and inability to take care of matters in a timely manner made us decide to move to Stor Quest in Waipahu. I can handle not having a drive up unit, because I get to reap the rewards of going to a clean and friendly facility at Stor Quest Waipahu!!! Thank you for your great service and clean facility

Friendly staff, clean Place and Reasonable Price. Plus, they’re Located Next Door to My Job. Lol

What can I say that hasn’t been said? Kanani and Gio are awesome!!! Always friendly and helpful! The maintenance staff are great too. I look forward to every visit to MY self storage location and am more than happy this is were I ended up. Gio took her time to assist me in finding the exact right spot for the needs that I had for storage and Kanani is ever so gracious every time I see him. True professionals at what they do but more importantly, great human beings!

The best storage facility ok the Leeward side of Oahu. The workers are very helpful and courtesy I will recommend all of my family and friends to use this storage. Kanani Fox pays great attention to detail I always look forward to seeing him… has a heart of

This place is clean and cheap. The employee that helped us… Showed us our options so that we could decide which storage space we needed… (Because their website says that the spaces are approximate only) They had a service elevator, and a loading dock which was awesome it made the move much easier. They also provide Dollies, carts, and hand trucks which can be found almost every corner of the facility. Overall, our experience was awesome I only wish I have taken advantage of this first month $ 1 deal

I’m in the process of moving to another island and need a place to store my things while I get situated so I’ve been calling around to a bunch of different storage facilities. I found Kanani to be very friendly, well-​informed, and helpful in answering all my questions (even the dumb ones). He made my decision to use their facility an easy one and I look forward to working with him. Anyone needing help storing their precious belongings should definitely call Kanani or Gio.

Im in love with the new location. So clean and available. The prices are affordable. Gio has been so helpful she reassures me of all my concerns. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for storage. Best prices in town.

Excellent customer service provided by GIO and KANANI! Convenient location, clean facility and affordable pricing. Not to mention the discount they have for those in the military! Highly recommended!

Gio and Kanani are the bomb. They treat you like family. I have been to other storage companies but StorQuest Waipahu is the place. Gio and Kanani are an asset to this company. If it wasn’t for them I would never select this place for my personal belongings. Thank You
