My favorite store by far. I have hundreds of TB shirts mostly bought here. We did spend a lot more than we wanted to. But the value we got was about half price. Excellent service, excellent prices

Came in for shorts, again greeted right away and informed about the current sales.
Browsing around and helped by another sales associate, still great customer service.
Other businesses lacking in customer service should come here and take notes.

THE place to get my husband a gift I know he will love. Shop holiday weekends for the best deals. Give them your email and whoa, they email a lot. But there are some good deals sometimes, just delete the rest. I have been turned on to their clothes as well, some of my favorite, most comfortable dresses come from here.

I want to commend the assistant manager, Julaine Rinker on her efforts to provide the highest level of customer service. My wife ordered a pair of shorts from the Nashville TN store and the only pair available in my size were at this store. The shorts arrived in 2 days with a nice handwritten thank you note from Julaine. Keep in mind, we only ordered one pair of shorts and have never met or spoken to Julaine. If she provides this level of service to customers she’s never met, I can’t imagine what a pleasure it is to shop in her store in person. Thanks so much Julaine! Keep up the great work! If my wife and I ever make it out to Hawaii, we will be sure to come by to see you.

Another great shopping experience at this shop. I love the customer service here. They never pressure you in buying something. I will definitely be back… again.

Almost as good as being in a regular TB store, except it’s the outlet. They have some great prices on merchandise from the stores in here. For those of you who are like me and are totally into TB shirts and stuff, you’ll be pleasantly surprised here! They have a nice selection of stuff and they’re nicely displayed. They give the same great service as the retail stores too! This place is a favorite of mine!!!

Rockin TB gear instantly puts me into vacay mode. Even if I’m runnin to the USPS in a sundress. Lots of sale items in the rear racks and the sales staff are extremely friendly. Only note is that the sales racks can only be exchanged for store credit w/​in the specified time frame.

I’ve had nothing but good luck when I shop at the Tommy Bahama Outlet at Waikele. The prices are substantially cheaper than their retail stores and the selection usually is quite good. Sometimes I may only walk out with a single shirt but other times I come home with 10 new work shirts!

I’m a Tommy Bahama shirt fan. When you catch their Waikele outlet sale prices drop 50%. Sometimes discounted from already reduced prices. Huge savings!

Bought t-​shirt as a gift, not many designs to select from but was cheaper than buying from Macys. Staff was kind of helpful.
