This is an update to my previous review. This particular visit was a lot better compared to last few times I have been. The drive thru actually moved quicker today, and the customer service was better as well. The food is still the same, I mean if you’ve been to one MCD you’ve tasted them all. But overall I wanted to state that the drive-​thru and customer service was a pleasant experience versus my previous visits. Hopefully, they will keep it up!

I drive a few miles to this location because the one in North Raleigh on US1 has pretty contemptuous employees.
The young people that work at this operation are a lot more clean cut and can speak.
However, my drive through orders are consistently wrong, on the last three vists, I haven’t received straws. I just got back and there was no sauce, no straws and a cheeseburger was missing that I had paid for.
I hate to be «that guy» in the drive through, checking the contents of the bags before I’ll pull forward, so I shall be eagerly awaiting the opening of the new McDs on Rogers rd.

I’ve visited this location about 6 different times in hopes that they will get their act together but each and every time they fail to provide satisfactory service. Several times the shake machine was down, one time they ran out of straws, 2 other times my order was missing something. I don’t know who owns this but I’d bet it sure isn’t corporate. This one is extremely convenient to go to, but I always drive down to the triangle town center location for excellent quality and service. The one in Wakefield is much better than this place, but they do have issues at times too.

When I get in the mood for chicken nuggets I head on down to McyD’s for a pile o’ nuggets. The best thing about McDonald’s nuggets is the variety of sauce. This time I went for the olé standby options of hot mustard and sweet and sour. The nuggets were hot and fresh and sauces did not disappoint.
Drive through speaker has an issue and they must have an issue hearing you on the other side of the kitchen, but once you scream your head off you get what you came for.
**In the past I have been charged for EXTRA sauce. However, this time there was no mention of .25 cents per extra sauce container — so I loaded up!**
