My husband and I worked with Bea to purchase a new king mattress and adjustable frame and a twin set for our guest room. Who knew that fitting someone for the perfect mattress was such a science. Bea was extremely knowledgeable and observant during our test of numerous mattresses. We decided on a Serta iSeries Geniality Hybrid (wrapped coil-on-coil and layers of memory foam). We can’t wait for delivery and a perfect night’s sleep. Thank you Bea for the education as well as your professional expertise.

My wife and I just purchased 2 mattresses from this sleepys store. Sean W. Did a great job presenting the products and arming us with the information needed to make our selection. He also took the time to contact the manufacturer to confirm material content in our mattresses.

BUYER BEWARE… I purchased two mattress sets and bed frames from Sleepy’s and they added additional furniture to my order that I did purchase. When I went to the store to explain this they directly me to the 800 number (which I wouldn’t dare to refer to as Customer Service). Ultimately they told me that Sleepy’s does not accept mattresses or furniture back. They talk a good game about a comfort assurance 30 day return policy and that they are mattress professionals, but BUYER BEWARE. In my experience they are sales sharks and interested in sales vs. service.

Crystal helped my wife and I decide on a new mattress for our home. She took the time to go and explain the differences between the mattresses and what would best suit our specific needs. She was extremely patient the entire time and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend anyone that needs a mattress go and see crystal. I will be using them in the future as well.
