Verizon Wireless (The main company not the store at the mall) decided that after I had filed a complaint with the better business bureau that I was pretty unhappy as a customer. They credited back the cost of my network extender. I feel a little better about this situation now. I can only hope that there was some sort of repercussions for the point of sale that was so dishonest.
