Wonderful wine, and their tasting room is the best in Walla Walla. However, we joined the wine club and have been underwhelmed. We were left off of the Seattle pickup party invite(we selected the pickup option rather than shipping because we really wanted to attend the party). Upon discovering this, they didn’t apologize and just noted they would ship us the wine instead. We were charged more than a month ago and still haven’t received the product. I think this is a basic customer service issue, I realize they probably have a very small staff, and not reflective of their great wines and tasting room. I’m optimistic that we will love continuing to get their wines without having to drive to Walla Walla.

Ok, best vibe iin Walla Walla PLUS fantistic wines. Spencer and crew made for a fantistic, interesting and eclectic time. Two wines we wanted to buy, received a «FO» stamp(those that have been here understand the true meaning). If you are offended by laughter, can’t look at life through rose colored glasses and believe funk can’t make great wine, don’t come. We intend to stay longer next visit with with our friends. Excellent reading material, cool music — don’t miss this place. Get some wine, excellent price points assuming you don’t get the«FO» stamp. Thanks for the autograph Spencer… will save the 2011 Swordfight and bring back to uncork.

Pretty sure this is my first 5 star review. Great wine even better people all around, our best wine experience in Walla Walla. Beware, from the street it’s not impressive, but once you get in, you will not want to leave.

This winery is a lot of fun! Definitely, the best place to come with friends in the walla walla region! Good wines, games and great bar tenders. Highly recommend :)

AKA Hotel California. How great is this place? I’ll tell you, what are ridiculously unique experience, we had snacks, EDM music, and pulp fiction in the background. What the hell. Tasting room reinvented. Sally was a true guide. Knows her wines, and keeps you entertained. I enjoy the limited hours, cause you get a full house and it adds to the vibe. If you’re a stick in the mud don’t come here you’ll hate it. If you’re young, fun, and ready to let it all hang out, then stop by. It’s an unexpected way truly wine.

This place was so much fun! Music turned up, friendly folks pouring wine, felt like being at a house basement party! Loved it! The wines were fabulous! The bathroom is a trip, who puts a toilet up stairs when alcohol is involved! haha! Next visit to Walla Walla, this place will be on the list to stop in!

Suuuuper FUN winery!!! Spencer and his team sure know how to give you a memorable experience. From the décor, and great wines. You can go in and relax, listen to some good music, and sip some delicious wine. We had our daughter with us too, so they made sure to make it fun for her as well. Out of all of the wineries we went to, this was the most fun and unpretentious.

Great place! Totally relaxed vibe. Fantastic Viognier, dry and refreshing and not overly sweet. Great Syrah — pepper and plum on the nose with a smooth dry finish. Spencer(the wine maker) and Sally the(queen of the scene) make this stop completely worth the time. If you’re in Walla Walla and your wine tasting don’t miss this this.

After visiting El Corazon now we know why they are 5 stars! Their wine is excellent and if you’re in doubt, try buying a bottle! Oh wait, they are sold out of most everything. Granted they are a smaller, so they likely make less than the other larger wineries, but still their wine was fantastic. We were disappointed because we wanted to try more of their wines. We especially enjoyed their Malbec and Petit Verdot. They were dog friendly and had a really comfortable, relaxed tasting room. If you’re looking for great, unpretentious wine, stop if you’re in town!

El Corazon was great. The hosts were extremely friendly and very laid back. The tasting pours were, by far, the most generous that we got out of the seven tasting rooms that we visited on our trip to Walla Walla. I feel bad that none of the wines jumped out at us to purchase. We will be back I am sure.

A great discovery on our first trip to Walla Walla. Spencer is the ultimate host, in the most laid back of atmospheres and the wine was excellent. We’ll be back.

My GF and I spent four days in Walla Walla, three of which tasting wines. We must have hit 20 wineries over three days, given the close proximity with tasting rooms in downtown Walla Walla. Our last stop on day three was El Corazon. Actually, we had intended on hitting one other spot in town after but it didn’t end that way. Right out of the gate Spencer started pouring and talking and laughing… his wines were awesome and we had the BEST time hanging with Spencer and the gang. So much so, the party didn’t stop until the next day… Very upbeat tasting room. It’s well worth the visit, you’ll love the wines and you’ll love the team. Raul is the man as well, loved hanging with these guys. Bring your laughs, walk with a case of wine and make some great friends. You won’t regret it. Again, this was our favorite stop in Walla Walla.

We had a great time hanging out here and tasting wine after a visit at a «snooty» wine opening… highly recommend their wines(we picked up a couple bottles) and relaxing here if you’re looking for a fun time in Walla Walla.

Suggested to us by a pourer at another local winery, we thoroughly enjoyed Spencer and his El Corazon wines! He’s got a funky little tasting room, just off the beaten wine tasting path on the outskirts of downtown. El Corazon offers three reds, no tasting fee the weekend we were there and just kept pouring for us each time our glasses were empty. His wines are reasonably priced and delicious! We really felt like we were enjoying a few glasses with new friends, rather than just visiting a wine tasting room. Spencer makes wines for a couple other larger Walla Walla producers(including Reininger Winery) and has a family, on top of running El Corazon. Clearly, he loves what he does because otherwise I don’t know how anyone could muster all that energy! He’s followed a rather interesting path to get to the place he is now so ask him about his previous endeavors when you visit El Corazon.

Spencer and the folks at El Corazon are on to something. They make good wine. They are young and willing to think outside the box. The tasting room is in the middle of renovation but I’m not concerned about that. Make good wine and I’ll drink it in an alley for all I care. the winery is small, hip, and very good. Tiger’s Blood, Supernova, First Crush, Red Frog, and With Love are all wonderful wines. Next time your in Walla Walla try them out. You’ll be pleased. And say hi to Spencer for me.
