I was referred to Andrew by a friend. My hot tub had suddenly lost all of its water, and the pump was popping the breaker. I was baffled, and frankly did not know where to start. Andrew determined I had a bad electronic valve, which caused the tub to drain and pump to suck air and burn out the motor. He installed a new valve and motor and had all the parts on his truck. No running to a supply house. No leaving things torn apart while he orders parts from the east coast. He had everything he needed. He also seems to have a deep understanding of how everything works. I highly recommend him. Oh! I almost forgot. This was the second time I used him. The last time he re flashed my control panel and updated everything so it actually worked properly!

Andrew came and fixed the problem with our tub, and he had the right part and did the right job the first time. The problem wasn’t the quality of the work, but the price tag for getting to SF and going back home to the east bay.

Andrew came out and preformed warranty for Pentair today. He is very knowledgeable about pool equipment and how it works. If I have a problem in the future I will most certainly call Affinity!
