All American honed my travertine floors. They came out beautiful. Eric was enthusiastic and professional. He had a professional crew with him and they all worked diligently to make sure that my tiles came out perfect. They all worked well together to get the job done quickly and thoroughly. He made sure they filled in all the worn areas and divots. Since the floors had to thoroughly dry before they could be properly assessed for any areas that were missed, he came back the next day and made all the necessary touch ups. The floors looked brand new when he finished. He was fair with his price and there were no hidden costs. He didn’t charge extra for any extra time he spent as it was all part of the job to be sure he got it done right. I will be using Eric again for any future work.
