I just came out of an amazing foot reflexology, that I had to share. It was easy to find an appointment and everybody there is so nice. The prices are extremely reasonable and I gave double the usual tip to the masseuse because he was just so awesome. I’ve tried many places, and I find that they’re hit or miss, but I’ve always had a great experience at this place. I feel so relaxed. Their prices are also really, really reasonable. Check them out, you won’t regret it!

I love this place. I go regularly for a 1 ½ hour treatment – 1 hour on the reclining chair for shoulder, neck, and foot massage. Then ½ hour on the table. Super relaxing. Good massage therapists. Great price. The place has a down-​home, neighborhood feeling to it that I really like. But if you are looking for a high end (and higher priced) type spa with high style and other amenities, this place may not be for you.

I had a wonderful foot massage from Kevin. I told him to go light, and it was perfect. The whole experience was. Before I knew it the hour was up, and I didn’t want to go. Rustled myself up and out of the comfy chair. Will definitely return.

Nice atmosphere and they greet you right away. Easy to get an appointment and to just walk in. It can be a little loud if you are getting reflexology and sitting out front but it is still very relaxing and the massage services are very good. I’ve also had a full body before and it was wonderful. If I didn’t have a watch I would have sworn I got an hour and a half massage. That’s how relaxed I was. Perfect end to a hike. Great reflexology.

I only tried Creekside Spa due to the Amazon Local Deal, all in all I did receive a decent massage, however if I had paid full price I would not have been pleased. There just isn’t a spa-​like atmosphere here, the young lady that works the front counter does not go out of her way to pleasant, no greeting, not any type of customer service one would expect at a «spa». The rooms are right on top of each other, not sound proof and the ambiance just isn’t there. While the masseuse was good, I missed having calming music, aromatherapy, etc. I think it’s a decent place to go for a quick, drop-​in, but don’t expect a wonderful experience.

My fiancé and I have gone here numerous times to get an hour couples massage. All the employees are very professional and do a great job. Everytime I leave i feel so relaxed and rejuvenated i dont even want to leave!!! Exactly the kind of results I expect and get every visit. Prices are reasonable and totally worth it.

Not trained to massage. I asked to focus on my upper body, shoulders and head, and the lady kept massaging my lower back and thighs for like 30 mins to where it became painful.
My knots were not addressed and I left feeling worse then I came in. I still tipped her well because I have experienced places like this where they will embarrass you and ask for more.

I’ve been thinking of actually returning to this place & giving it another try. Why I haven’t is that when I called up to two times now the «receptionist» has a bad attitude.
She doesn’t sound like she wants to be there. Her English sounded ok so I don’t think it’s a language barrier. I had to say to her «You don’t sound very enthusiastic who the hell hired you».
Yep best thing is to move along and don’t chance it anymore.

For the price, it wasn’t bad. The quality of the reflexology and table massage weren’t great, but did the job. What really irked me was how bright it was in the room where the reflexology was performed. And only a few yards from the entrance, you could hear every phone call answered by the «receptionist» and hear every conversation and customer entry. It was really hard to completely relax with all that going on. Would I go again? Yes, for the price.

So far I am a fan. I have only been here once though so its hard to rate it 5 stars. My lady was very kind. I came in for a deep tissue massage for a hour and thirty minutes. It totaled to $ 81 including my tip. I think that is very fair.
The place is like nothing i’ve seen before. It took me a few seconds to let the place sink in and once I did i realized its just a oasis for relaxation. Would definitely recommend.

I love this place! The prices are awesome and they give great massages! The inside is dark and quiet, I just love it :) There’s always parking too! Can’t ask for anything more! Highly recommended

I love this place :) Leon is fantastic (foot massage.) I’ve tried many places but my husband and I prefer to come here again and again… Combine it with a meal out in WC and its the best date ever!

Thank you again for amending the situation so professionally. I had a great massage today. My prior experience was unfortunate, but it sounds like it was a one time thing and will not happen again. The owner was timely in her response to make it right, which is greatly appreciated. The massage today reminded me of why I liked this salon in the first place — the massage is consistently good. Thank you again; I hope to continue to have positive experiences here, in the future.

This place is amazing. It’s not the flashiest spot, but when you walk in, it’s immediately warm and cozy. My friend and I relaxed into a 60 minute foot massage, that includes a warm water soak, AND face, head, neck, shoulder, arm and leg massage as well. I admit, I fell completely asleep, and woke myself up with my own snoring. Oops. But, when wrapped in blankets, reclining in a comfy chair, and getting a rubdown, who could blame me? I will most definitely be back for more of this! They offer table massage as well, and acupuncture. I

They DON’T change towels. I saw it with my own eyes. They take the Used towels fold them and put them back.
Very Not Sanitary and dangerous for health! I was very disappointed. I saw it when I was getting a foot massage.

Great find for great price. Noisy busy street, which is a little distracting when getting a massage.

I normally use Ann and WeiMing. They are great and willing to listen to my needs. I would highly recommend their service to others.
I have been going to Creekside Spa since April of 2014 almost every other week. I injured my back badly couple months ago, Ann took care of me. However, by the end of the session I was still in pain and she had a client waiting for her after me. One of the ladies took over for her and gave me extra 30 minutes of massage without extra charge. I am grateful for that.
Since the price is really good, they are not getting much, so I normally tip $ 10+ for their service.

I went to this place like a year ago. The massage was OK, not perfect just OK. The receptionist was super rude. When I came in she didn’t even put her head up to say hello, the whole time she didn’t smile at all and on every question I asked she was replying very rudely with such expression on her face like I was bugging her…
After my massage was done, the masseuse left, I got dressed, left her a tip on the table and left the room, she was standing in the lobby smiling, I said thank you and that I left her a tip on the table. I started leaving, when I’ve heard her saying something in Chinese to the receptionist and then receptionist stood up and started yelling at me «Hey! Why didn’t you leave the tip for a lady?» I was in shock… I told that I left it on the table in the massage room, but apparently the masseuse didn’t understand a word in English, no wonder she didn’t say anything at all during the massage.
Damn, they should have checked the massage room first. And even if I didn’t leave a tip, the receptionist had no right to yell at a client.
My mood was ruined when I came in and it was ruined one more time as I was leaving. Definitely not coming back.

I bought a deal from LOCBOX, $ 38/​hr. for deep tissue massage. I really glad i did. Ann was my masseuse, she knew all the pressure points. I have lower back problems for years, it gos out once a while, she took care my problem with just one visit. I will definitely go back to see Ann.

I’m glad there are very mixed reviews for this place. Because I have very mixed feelings! My experience was not a terrific one but I mostly fault Groupon for this. Again, I feel like I got a bad deal from them.
My worst Groupon experience was a nail place where the woman actually told me Groupon contacted her due to her terrible Unilocal rating. They hoped to bring her more business. I feel like perhaps Groupon contacted Creekside for the same reason. I bought a certificate for a massage from a licensed massage therapist. The price I paid Groupon wasnt much of a savings from the listed price at the «spa».
It is one of those foot massage places. Which I have no problem with… if I’m expecting to go to one. They all seem like reflexologists more than massage professionals. This location was no different. No license on the wall and the guy that massaged me didn’t speak a word of English. I’m not lying.
He pressed really hard (and I love a good, hard massage) but it hurt and it was more like fingers jabbing into me and holding it there. Not rubbing. Not soothing. The only relaxing part was the music and lotion. When he was trying to tell me to turn over he literally didn’t know the words «turn over». It took a full minute to figure out what he was trying to say.
I don’t know if I’d return since there are so many other wonderful massage places, and some are less expensive, with and without groupon deals.
