Wow, what happened to this place? We ordered delivery for a large hawaiian thin crust and boy was it terrible. This used to be the go-to location for Round Table. With so many options around WC, we will not be ordering from here again. If you are the manager reading this, I suggest you hire new chefs. Man that was a bad pie.

Service is incredibly slow. Waited 45 minutes for a small pizza and some breadsticks and it wasn’t busy at all. I’d hate to see how it runs on a busy day. The staff seemed completely lost.

Staff is super nice and food is always good. I come here at lunch to grab a personal to go. Not much more I can say but defiantly come here for pizza. I like their sandwiches too which I’ve recently started trying.

I made this Unilocal just to write this review for Round Table because this location SUCKS! I used to come here all the time about 6 months ago for the lunch special and the young manager girl was great and now when I go its always someone new and they never make my food the way I like it. The customer service has gone down lately and the prices just go up so i would rather spend my lunch money somewhere else. UPDATE!!! I Found an old receipt and the server’s name is Abigal. She was the best! I hope Round Table can contact me and let me know when shes working otherwise I will not be coming back for mediocre service im receiving.

Really disappointed. We order from here quite often, and they never, ever bring coupons-even though I ask for them. So tonight I decided to call them instead of ordering through the app. I thought maybe I could just ask if there was a discount or promotion going on. Waited on hold, then was told the supervisor said that without a physical coupon, there’s nothing they could do for me. I know it’s just a coupon, just a few bucks, but years ago they used to do that. There was a decent sense of customer service. Just look at my account and see how often I order! There are so many other places I can call, that I will call now. After the call, just for fun, I did a quick online search and there on their own website was a coupon code(cyber15) for 15% off. Just type in code, no physical coupon needed. Nice. So now the three times a month or so that we order will now go to a different pizza place. I know, it’s not going to put you out of business, but if you keep up this level of customer service, my family’s orders won’t be the only ones you lose. It adds up.

The pizza was extremely salty to a point we had to stop eating. I’ guessing that was a mistake. They are also not a bargain and in this price range, there are a lot of better pizza spots in Walnut Creek area.

Wow, either there was a change in management or they just stepped up the game but this place has done a complete turn around. This is my children’s favorite pizza place but after so many errors it hard to justify the money spent on pizza get could eat. But I ordered it after major demands and it was a great experience, I got the exact order I placed, in the time I was quoted! Yes! So I proceeded to order 2 more times and was so happy to report that this place is now back in our regular routine. Thank you because it’s so great to have a place that can delivery food to my kids during busy times! Great pizza!

LITERALLY, the worst service ever. I wish I could give zero stars. I’ve ordered here many many times and it’s never been good. One time I waited over 2 hours for a cold and smashed pizza. I called to check on the pizza after 1.5 hours and they told me «ten more minutes we promise». Another half hour passed. I called back and they just stopped answering the phone. Clearly, there was an issue but instead of dealing with it they just stopped answering the phone. Plus, no apology, no reason given for the delay(if you can call over 2 hours a «delay») AND they charged my card. I vowed never again, but tonight I gave them another chance. I called and specifically asked«how long for delivery». I was told there was no wait. I waited one hour and decided to call to check because I was expecting the pizza after 30 minutes. Lindsey answers and tells me «your pizza never went out. It’s been sitting here for a while and no one picked it up.» My reply was 1) I ordered delivery 2) if it was sitting there so long why had no one called my number and 3) why did you take my credit card number if I was doing pick up? Instead of being nice, I was told I ordered pick up and they didn’t even have my address so how could they deliver to me. I called bull on that because when they take your phone number they look you up and can see your address in the system. However, I was told it wasn’t the case. Also, the girl who took my order told me after she’d taken my cc(for a pick up order) that«i’d need to sign the credit authorization when the delivery guy arrived.» Huh? Once again instead of apologizing, the people running this location practically called me a liar. Now usually I would feel like maybe I made a mistake because I’m human and it’s possible, but due to my initial question of «how long is the delivery wait» taking my cc and the comment about signing when he arrives, I know I’m not wrong, BUT once again no apology, no explanation, a crappy attitude and no freaking pizza. Simply put: this place sucks! The pizza is okay. It’s roundtable. However, if you want okay pizza because you’re hungry, you better call two days in advance and maybe just maybe you may get a pizza, but you still better call and check on it every so often to make sure it arrives. Oh and the authorization for the pizza that never came is still sitting in my credit card. Amazing.

Terrible. Ordered online and sent the wrong pizza.(2nd time this has happened). Called and explained my pizza was completely wrong and the supervisor argued with me about it and gave me terrible attitude. Will never order from this one again.

We order from the Walnut Creek Broadway location often and 90% of the time, the pizza is delivered fresh, hot and perfectly cooked. We really like the crust, the high quality cheese and variety of pizzas they offer. Delivery is always prompt and friendly. Coupon and special deals are a great value.

They are easy to order with and usually deliver few minutes before estimation. Food is always cooked just right and arrives warm but ready to eat. They forgot my ranch once for the breadsticks but the next time gave me 3! The delivery guys are always friendly and it’s a quick transition.

This was my first time here at this Round Table and it wasn’t too bad. The seating area inside is pretty small, around 8 tables, so not much space if you have a large party. The staff here were really nice and seemed to love their job. Although the space was small, it was clean and organized. The food itself, well I mean it’s Round Table, they all taste the same right? Yes. We placed the order here and it was ready in about 15 minutes so it was quick and we weren’t waiting forever for out order which was nice. Parking here was a bit tricky but you will manage to find a spot to park. Overall all good place, you will find a lot of business people coming her and there are plenty of businesses around. I’ll come back again if I am in the area and in the mood for round table pizza.

Keep your receipt! I spend a good deal of money here, so much that I get pretty good deals when entering my phone number for their saving program. So I ordered a large pizza and an appetizer. I was pleasantly surprised that it came to $ 13 after coupons. Score. So imagine my surprise when my atm charge shows a $ 30 charge. Then later that day it’s $ 18. They can’t figure it out and I didn’t keep a $ 13 dollar receipt proving the charge for pizza over a week later. It’s just problem after problem with this location.

I wrk in Rossmoor(in Walnut Creek) I called the Walnut Creek Round Table for an order and to have my order delivered. The person on the phone with a rude tone says«we dont deliver to «THATPLACE». One it’s down the street and two what do you mean that place. Ridiculous how Walnut Creek treats ppl and the residents.

Whatever you do do not think you could save time by ordering online. Placed an order that 15 minutes it would be ready I got here 20 minutes after the order was placed and they were just making the pie after they had me sign a piece of paper. Technology is fantastic but if a company doesn’t know how to use it why offer it.

When it comes to takeout pizzia It doesn’t get much better than this… This is the only Round Table I will go to. I’ve had bad experience with the R. Table in Concord but the WC – N.Broadway location is terrific. The manager(Abby) is top flight, no matter what she always has a smile on her face, and more importantly she always makes sure I’m taken care of, regardless if it was something I forgot to mention or an error on my part. All-in-all the service is always on time, and pizza(taste, texture, quality) is always consistent. I come in twice a month but still thought I should recognize the store(and manager’s) hard work and great service!

I do like Round Table pizzas, they have a good balance of crust & toppings, better than most other pizza chains. This location delivers just what you should expect from Round Table. But the place is small with only a few uninviting tables. I have eaten onsite once and felt pretty miserable through my meal. Order for takeout only. Now, one little story: While the staff is overall nice enough and efficient, I do think that at least one employee is lacking basic training. This is the exact content of my conversation at the counter, as I was hoping to create a very simple topping combination: Me: Could you do something like a Margherita? Employee: Margarita like the cocktail?(she dared look at me like if I was retarded) Me: No, Margherita like the pizza!(duhhh!) Employee: I have never heard of it. … !
