Truly amazing service. The nurses here are all very sweet and they give you all the information to put you at ease. Nobody is rushing you or making you feel weird. The anesthesiologist was super nice and she explained everything. No side effects from anesthesia! This facility was a very pleasant surprise. Thanks everyone:)

I have never left a Unilocal review, but this facility and staff were so wonderful that I felt like I needed to! I had to have a colonoscopy & endoscopy, and was PETRIFIED. I had messed up with the fasting process the day before so I called my doctors office (on a Sunday) and they paged the doctor (Dr. Cynthia Mullen) and had her call me. She informed me everything would be ok and to continue with the prep. She didn’t at all rush me off the phone and asked if I had any other questions. As if I didn’t think that was nice enough, a few minutes later the anesthesiologist called me to introduce herself over the phone and explain the procedure for the next day and asked if I had any questions. Of course I said «no questions, just knock me out!» When I arrived to the facility I was taken in right on time (maybe actually a little bit early) where I was given a heated gown and blanket. A nurse came in (I forgot her name because I was too nervous to focus on anything) but she was SO sweet and comforting. She could tell I was scared and calmly explained every detail to me, and reassured me that everything would be ok and I wouldn’t feel a thing. Then the anesthesiologist (Dr. Wheeler) came in and explained everything as well. Then I got wheeled into the exam room and everyone was being super nice and comforting towards me. Dr Wheeler told me she was going to administer the medicine and that I would start to feel sleepy soon after. AS SOON as she gave me the medicine, I felt it right away. Last thing I remember I said holy sh*t! I woke up not remembering a thing! Apparently I told the anesthesiologist that she was the greatest human on earth. I do remember saying that everyone was so wonderful and that I would write a Unilocal review, so here I am! I would recommend anyone to this facility! Dr. Mullen is so awesome and patient. When I say I was petrified, I mean I was petrified. If I had to do it over again, I would want it all done the exact same way.
A huge thanks to the staff for putting up with my shenanigans and making such an unpleasant procedure as comfortable as possible!

For such an unpleasant test (colonoscopy) the team made it wonderful. Heated gown and blanket especially appreciated but the anesthesiologist deserves a special thanks. I usually have side effects from anesthesia and this time not at all. Great experience. Thanks guys!
