1 star isn’t low enough to demonstrate how displeased we are with the response times and customer service from Dr. Jain and her office. We were billed for services that were not performed, and have wasted hours of our lives by dealing with incompetent people who do not return calls or emails when they say they will — and the issue is STILL NOT RESOLVED!
The customer service I have encountered is the worst I have ever experienced. I recommend staying as far away from this doctor and her office as you can.

Very wonderful. I have exhausted myself looking for a doctor that actually gets me and what I need. She does write regular prescriptions. However, she is very holistic and wants you to heal your mind and body. This is NOT your traditional doctors office and its not high tech gadgets etc. Its kind of «homey» and low key. Yes she sells vitamins etc. So what? All doctors sell stuff now.

Horrible. Came here for an ear infection since she was the only dr. With the ability to take on new patients. She tried to find things wrong with me and prescribed me medication for my ear infection that no pharmacy had. When I finally located pharmacy that had these particular drops they were $ 200. I called back the dr and asked for some amoxicillin and she never returned my call so I was stuck paying for drops that did not work. I feel they were working my insurance. My husband had an appointment set but after my experience he canceled his appointment. 3 months later we received a bill from insurance for $ 250 for the canceled appointment. When I call the office they say they have no record. Major scam. Also the staff was completely unhappy and made clear they do not enjoy working there.

I’ve been with Dr. Jain for over 10 years. I don’t like taking medication if I can help it and she’s consistently been able to help me without traditional medicine. She’s not your traditional doctor where she just diagnoses the problem and gives you a prescription to treat the symptoms. She looks at it from a holistic view and tries to fix the cause of the problem rather than treat the symptoms. She has many other physicians and practioners in her office such as an accupuncturist, holistic practioner, Ayuredic practioners, etc. I would highly recommend her if you’re looking for an alternative to traditional medicine.

Dr. Jain provides excellent integrative medical care, combining the age-​old wisdom of traditional Ayurvedic Medicine with the practice of modern Allopathic Medicine (and other medical modalities offered in her clinic). This has a number of key advantages that are surprisingly hard to come by in a doctor:
1) By practicing Ayurvedic Medicine, Dr. Jain focuses on promoting an overall state of mind-​body wellness, with a keen emphasis on metabolic and digestive health.
2) As a licensed medical doctor, Dr. Jain is adept at modern medicine, and her clinic accepts most forms of medical insurance.
3) More importantly, Dr. Jain exercises a great deal of wisdom and insight within these two realms of medicine, as well as several other medical modalities that are at her disposal in her integrative clinic.
I highly recommend Dr. Jain, especially if you suffer from chronic illness and have become disillusioned with the inherently conflicted industry of mainstream Medicine, big Pharma, and the $cientific Industrial Complex…
