I’ve stopped in some mornings on the way to take my kids to school. The staff are generally nice but for one Asian woman. Consistently stone faced and curt to all except for the regulars. If you hate your job, go find a different one.

Always clean and friendly! On the smaller side of shops but you can appreciate the laid back, calming atmosphere. It’s nice and cozy. I’ll be back!

I love the service here. It’s quick and they always get my drink right. The food is amazing too. I go here a lot in the afternoon and it’s always a quick trip. I’m in and out of the place in less than 10 minutes. I’d recommend the cake pops. Perfect size and very delicious.

Did you know that Starbucks has Caramel Apple Cider?! Yes! I had no idea, until I came in today looking for a light alternative to coffee or tea. Marissa, the barista, made a deelicious Caramel Apple Cider! She told me that it’s her favorite drink. She makes it different than other baristas because she squeezes the caramel onto the sides of the cup to allow the caramel to blend into the hot beverage. If it’s on the top, it just sinks down to the bottom of the cup. She also mixes it all in the pitcher, to make sure the drink blends well. I took a sip when she was done customizing my order. YUM! If you want Caramel Apple Cider, make sure you go to this location, and make sure that Marissa, the barista, makes the drink for you. Happy holiday drinks!

The customer services was bad the cashier was very busy with her friend and would not say a word just stared at me until I asked her if I could order a drink, she rang me up wrong and her co-worker had to fix it and even gave me a coupon for a free drink I recommend not going there

Quick super friendly customer service. It’s a smaller Starbucks but they have an ample amount of seats outside. I love the fact that they had a ton of pastries /cookies available in the afternoon. My drink was delicious and I got it super quickly.

I’ve experienced better customer service for sure. Just visited today. I ordered 2 black iced teas, unsweetened. 1 with water, 1 without. The cashier seemed preoccupied laughing and giggling with the other female barista so that may have been why my order was wrong. Walking out, I tasted both teas and they were sweetened. Walking back up to the barista, I politely said, «the order is wrong, both teas are sweetened, I asked for un-sweetened.» The short dark-haired barista, with glasses made 2 fresh teas. When she didn’t apologize, I then felt bad and said, «sorry». Stupid habit of mine. Obviously she didn’t have the habit to apologize even when she was wrong. Without looking at me, or offering a smile, or «sorry», she half-hazardly set down my drinks and turned away. Didn’t bother identifying to me which was with water or which was without. Still, I said, «have a nice day»…when I should have just asked for a refund and walked out due to her surly, unfriendly and customer«un-service» behavior. She belongs at the post office or dmv. 1 star for her. 5 stars for my nice, customer-service attitude. Jeez, maybe I should have helped myself to the tip jar?

This is a pretty small Starbucks, but it’s one of the most efficient locations that I’ve been at recently. Even if you’re not a regular, the baristas treat you as if you are one. Comfy seating, easy parking, and lacks the intense traffic the most Starbucks have. If you’re in need of a caffeine fix in the Treat Blvd area, this is your place.

Nice folks! Closes too early(6:30pm)! Never seen a place close so early. Fight traffic to get home and you have to hit another Starbucks! Tables and benches locked up at 5:45 so hurry!

Small in size, but quick in service. The tables and seating are limited, best to just get your drink and hang around outside. There’s plenty of parking in this shopping area, I have never needed to compete for a parking spot. Overall, no major issues, and service is spot on

One of my preferred Starbucks. It’s close to home, so I go here a lot. Very dog friendly. They have a convenient hook to leash your dog to while you run inside. I can keep an eye on her while grabbing my goods. And it’s a great place to socialize your dog because plenty of dog owners stop here. It’s pretty busy but the line moves fast unlike some of the larger stores. Parking isn’t bad either. This Starbucks has an authentic coffee house vibe, which is unusual for this chain.

This Starbucks, located in the off-the-beaten-path Palos Verdes Mall, is on Pleasant Hill Road between Withers Avenue and Diablo View Rd. Our family stopped by here on a recent Saturday afternoon after a refreshing hike at Briones Park, being pleasantly surprised we could find a Starbucks only a few minutes away. This Starbucks is more your traditional, local coffee shop. Situated in a nice neighborhood, in a quiet mall with ample parking, this Starbucks had us on its side from the start. We were greeted with friendly and quick service, and found a table to enjoy our well-made coffees. This is a rather smallish Starbucks: I counted six tables and a couple armchairs indoors; there are also a few outdoor tables. Still, there were available places to sit this mid-weekend afternoon. They are not open very late — holiday hours were in effect when we visited and some days closing time was around 5PM. Although many Starbucks in the Walnut Creek/Pleasant Hill neck of the woods are bustling places located in high-traffic areas, if you are seeking a quieter alternative, this might be just the place.

Small location, easy parking. Seems to be a lot of regulars who come here. Unfortunately they incorrectly made my drink and had to re-make it. They were nice about it though and promptly corrected it. Wifi was decent and bathroom was clean. Serves it’s purpose!

this starbucks has gone downhill recently, and i put it all down to new staff. Aside from 1 or 2 people, the whole staff has turned over in this starbucks in the past 6 – 12 months and been replaced by SLOW and RUDE people. My apologies to the couple of awesome folks who are still there, but i used to come here all the time, get greeted with smiling faces and fast service. now everything takes FOREVER and the new people are just plain rude — especially the taller skinny dude with reddish brown hair who likes to play the starbucks company-man, tells customers they’re wrong, and acts like he is better than everyone — newsflash, your probably 30 and you still work at a job i had in high school. get over yourself, douchebag.

It’s a chain. Their coffee is all the same. Kinda lame. Little game. Ya feel me?

Small location, but also not nearly as crowded as the one on Main and Geary. With less users sharing the wi-fi, internet speeds are fairly good. The only real down side is that it’s only open until 6:30PM. No problem when stopping off for a coffee after work, but not great if you want to hang out after dinner. Because of this, I doubt it will be my regular stopping spot.

This starbuck is on the small size. the clientele is unidimensional(all white) and all women in the early afternoons. service was passable. server didn’t ask if i wanted room for cream, she just assumed it and left room for it. pour: middle roast(1.95) –bold, a tad harsh., looked for half/half for a couple minutes. –no one asked me what i wanted –finally had to ask. it was in the refrigerator. –coffee with the half/half tasted very good ala latte. drips: –no close better to starbucks –must navigate traffice lanes to get here(ala frogger).

I hate this place, every morning on my way to work RK insists on going here to get coffee. I sit in the car waiting for 10 minutes, watching all the quietly smug drones that exit. On the rare occasion that I do get anything, I end up paying 9 bucks for a water and a microwaved ham, egg and cheese roll — and they don’t have ketchup. Sucks!

Starts are only for the staff — Literally the nicest you’ll probably ever enounter. Funny how something like remembering your name and drink order can totally make your day(although only one girl remembers mine… but she’s so nice and I see they remember others so the all get credit :) Speed — this is why they don’t get a 5. Not always, but more then once a week(I go daily), the slowest startbucks I’ve ever been to… line, no line, if one guy is behind the counter or on bar I know I’m in for a long wait. The funny thing is I get the impression he might be the manager… I totally don’t get it.
