We get Subway a couple times a week and I’m finally so fed up that I’m writing in the hopes they’ll do something about it! They’re bread falls apart. Their chopped salads are pulverized to the consistency of baby food. Their sandwiches are impossible to eat because of crumbling bread and inconsistent quantities of toppings. Ughhhhhhhhhhh

Came in to get a platter and I’m watching the other customers who come in after me get served. Tired of the excuses. Terrible customer service.

I like this place, been going here for years. The ladies working there know me so we have a conversation each time that I’m there. The sandwiches are awesome! They constantly have different kinds coming out so it’s great to have such a variety. Last week I ordered the 6 inch Spicy Italian and Oven Roasted Chicken plus soft drink… and with the coupon of $ 6., well, you can’t beat that(and you get the second sandwich for free). The sandwiches were, like always, wonderful. My brother and I order from there at least four/five times a month.

I will drive further to another Subway because I am never going back . THEIRINTERESTINLOUDLYTALKINGTOEACHOTHER, TONE, HANDGESTURES, ANDBODYLANGUAGESHOWEDME *THEONLYCUSTOMER* THATTHEYDIDN’T WANTMETHERE… I know the expectations of the food from Subway so I won’t go into that. There were two«ladies» there working. They were speaking very loudly in some Hindi dialect. I don’t care what language you are using: 1. Don’t speak loudly in front of your customers: we don’t care what you are talking to each other about! 2. LISTEN to your customers. I’ve been going to Subways for years and can give my wants in the order you would request them… but you have to listen… shut up and listen! «I would like an iItalian footlong on honey oat with: regular mustard, light mayonaise, provolone cheese, everything, salt and pepper, and oil and vinegar, I would also like a regular sized fountain beverage.» I don’t know how I can be any more paint by numbers than that. There is no reason my order should be wrong!!! 3. Don’t knock on the counter every time I tell you a selection for my sandwich! You’re not my blackjack dealer telling me I cant split my cards. you’re not the president during a heated debate. If I want Provolone cheese on an Italian Sandwich, then make it! 4. Don’t ever ask me «is that all». It is now. I implicitly gave you the directions for my sandwich and told you my drink size… and I was polite while I had to repeat myself over and over. 5. I was your ONLY customer: why am I your SECOND priority?

Subway is nationally advertising $ 2.00 xmas special sandwiches on television and in newspapers. This location will not honor that special. When questioned, the help just says the owner doesn’t care and won’t participate. The owner owns four or five other locations. His attitude comes right down to his employees and their interactions with custmers. Too bad. Very poor business.

Bad. It’s just bad. I don’t want to be here. I’m being dragged. Hate subway anyways, but this one seems extra crummy. Bread is just wrong, their produce is sad and their sandwiches are anemic. The tuna is crusted over. Eeeew.

The people who work here are rude and the sandwiches aren’t much better. The lady who works here doesn’t even want you to come in. She will reluctantly make you the sandwich you ordered and the store isn’t very clean. Go somewhere else.

Very bad customer service, even for subway. Lady rushes you and is not polite. Let’s loud timer from toaster go off and off and off and off, exactly. Go to the other new one on Geary, best one!!!

It’s subway… so, my expectations for extremely bland sandwiches made slowly to order were met. Bread was stale.

So gross. I walked in one hot summer day. The food was all exposed and you could easily see that even the mayo and mustard was going bad. Run don’t walk away from this place.
