Super knowledgeable staff and incredibly friendly. When spending a pretty penny on a wine cellar, sometimes you need to touch and feel the product. Not just order online! Lots of fun wine paraphernalia in the store as well!

This store is top notch with great management. The manager Andrew was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and gave great advice, while not over selling. They have an incredible selection of products and not only work hard for you, but listen to your individual needs and put you into the right products. Additionally, they will put together a custom program for your cellar needs — racking, cooling, etc. I could not be happier with Wine Hardware and would highly recommend you stop in and ask for Andrew.

Nothing short of the best wine products store in the East Bay. I’ve been here many times and the service is first rate. They know how to treat their customers… from the knowledgable representatives to the high quality of their products. Seriously, if you need a new wine cellar (customized to your space) or a new wine fridge, this is the place to go! And if you’re looking for a great wine related present, they have all sorts of great ideas and items to choose from. My first stop in all things wine related!

If you ware going to spend the money on a wine cellar buy it at a place that knows what going on. I have been saving wine under my bed for years in boxes (the wines in bottles– the bottles in boxes I mean) and I decided it was time to get a cellar. I recommend this place for an honest look at what’s available and the sales guy was a great help.
