Whaaat? I am giving APPLEBEES4 stars? Yes. And no, I am NOT ashamed. This establishment has its purpose. I haven’t been inside a chain restaurant like this in years, but when lunch is on the boss, hey, you go wherever boss wants. There was no wait and the service was fast and friendly. The menu is 75 pages long. There is everything on it, from sandwiches, to pasta, to steak, to salmon, salads, burger, chicken, you name it. Something for everyone. I stuck with the basics and ordered the mushroom swiss burger with sweet potato fries. The sriracha mayo sauce is great. The burger was served on a buttery, warm brioche bun, juicy and flavorful. Fries crispy and perfect. Reasonable too. For a work lunch, you really can’t beat it and I’m pretty sure the sandwiches are miles better than Panera, and here you get waited on for the same price! Don’t count AB’s out!

Friend’s steak looked so good. He gave me a small bite of his. Hungry. I ordered the same steak, and it came out looking like a shriveled up sausage and was tough to cut. Of course everyone in our group laughed. Expensive little steak. What happened??? Did the cook leave town? Mashed potatoes very good.

I really used to like Applebee’s a lot but they have gone downhill dramatically. The last time that my boyfriend went in the host sat us down at the bar area which is fine because we requested it. We sat down waiting for our servicer to come to order our drinks. It was a good 10 minutes and still she didn’t show. So now they have those machines where you can do it yourself so that’s what we did. It wasn’t until after our drink order was sent that our servicer came and asked us. I was blown away. My boyfriend knew that I was getting upset so he said we already order it. We got our drinks finally after 20 minutes of being seated. I told him this is kinda sad how we have to resort to technology to get our drinks and food because humans are that lazy to take a simple order. We order our food and she still came over to take our orders. Again my boyfriend told her that we input out order already. It was not busy either a that I would understand but we seen her talk and stand around talking which is not cool. We received our food and wouldn’t you know the quality for their has dropped too. I was not satisfied. I did t even take a box to go. Our last experience was to resort to black machine to put our drinks for our drinks and food. Lack of service. We did leave a tip of course but I told my boyfriend why when our servicer was the machine.

Nothing too special about Applebee’s but this location never disappoints. My girlfriend and I always get the 2 for 25 special where you get an appetizer and 2 entrées. They have decent service and have cool machines where you can order from your table. They also have really good desserts to the end of the meal.

Great service. Great food. I LOVE this Applebee’s and our waitress, Katie was awesome! Sweet, polite… can’t express what great service they have here. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years. See you all again soon. :-)

I have been coming here since I was young. The food used to be fresh and plentiful and now they have taken away a lot of items on the menu and even with the food they kept, they’ve skimped out on a lot of items. Example #1: Our table ordered the artichoke spinach dip. It used to be our family’s favorite appetizer. Not only did they put less chips than before, the chips tasted stale and thin. Back in the good ol’ days, the chips used to be plentiful and very crispy. Very disappointing. Example #2: I ordered a three cheese chicken penne and it was good, but they don’t give out the garlic breads to go with it anymore. Also, the chicken tastes EXACTLY the same as the bourbon street chicken and shrimp that my sister and mom ordered and seeing how little shrimp they give and how little chicken they give, might as well order the three cheese chicken penne because at least you get a bunch of pasta to go with the exact same chicken, haha. Anyways, the only reason why I didn’t give this a one star is because the service is excellent and the quality of the food wasn’t bad enough to give us stomach problems. Additionally, for food that is this disappointing, at least we took advantage of the 2 for 20 dollars deal so it made the meh food not as much as a waste as it would be if we paid more. It’s just a real disappointment how cheap this place has gotten compared to how great it was back then.

I have not eaten at Applebee’s in over a year since the last time was awful. The new menu was interesting and tasted 100% better. We sampled the green goddess wedge, the wonton chicken tacos, spicy boneless chicken wings and we were able to order the sliders off the menu. ½ priced apps and drink specials every day. Big improvement over previous visits.

We love Applebee’s. However this location should be skipped! Not all that busy and worst service! No team service. The management cannot manage or greet guests. The server dropped drinks and never cleaned up the ice on the floor not did anyone else who walked over the spill. The servers are aloof and disorganized. Three stood and there while one cleaned a spill outside the kitchen-like they were too busy. Took an hour to get food. Unbelievable. Makes you not want to ask for anything extra. Ken brown needs personality training. Seriously, I have never Unilocal a poor review. Sorry Monique. Maybe another line of work. Oh! My chicken is burnt but not anyone else’s.

I’m a little bummed. I came here a couple weeks ago and got the thai shrimp salad to-go. It was soooo good, so I decided to place another to-go order today and pick it up for lunch to take to work. My salad was missing the edamame, and for me that’s missing a key ingredient in the salad because that makes up part of the protein. I literally got shrimp with no seasoning, lettuce, and soggy wonton strips. The salad had to be doused in the dressing in order for it to have any flavor. Such a bummer. It’s a lot different than if I sat in the restaurant and could tell you my salad is missing an ingredient/tastes like crap. I placed my order an hour before I was going to pick it up, expecting a delicious meal only to realize how poorly it was made the second I got back to work. Pay attention to your to-go orders!

Tired and exhausted is what this restaurant theme should be. Walking in to this joint I was met by a hostess that did not seem very enthused that she was working there. She sat us at a table. I noticed that there a few french fries still tucked in between the booth seating. The menus were a bit sticky and smelt of a day-old kitchen bucket water with a touch of bleach. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time, albeit a bit over seasoned. I have eaten at this location many years before but coming back again I have seen the years have not done this place well. Pro: –Opens late –Decent Parking Con: –Poorly kept –Sad staff Overview: I don’t think I would ever come back again. This place has taken a nose dive since it first opened up many years ago. Perhaps, corporate or management will some day remodel and rehire new staff and maybe that’s when I’ll come back.

Ordered the beef nachos… did not receive what I expected. Not enough cheese and meat. Addressed with server, returned with no extra cheese and only a small addition of meat. I completed a survey and the manager called me a couple of days after my visit. He apologized for my experience and acknowledged he would assess the product to improve. Furthermore, a credit was issued for the nachos. Thank you.

I haven’t been to Applebee’s in a while and was glad I went to this location for dinner with my family. The chicken dish I ordered was pretty good and the service was awesome! We’ll be back for sure!

Me and my wife come here quite often, they always have good prices, awesome ambiance, and the food is always great. I’ve gone here for Lunch, Dinner, Sports, and just to have a few drinks with friends. You have to try this place if you haven’t, it’s always relaxing, and the servers are always positive and willing to go beyond the average to make your experience awesome.

Been here so many times. Service was always bad but tonight’s service was extremely poor. It took 5 minutes to take order and only food ordered was appetizers. So once food came, were we supposed to eat with our fingers… plates wld b nice, utensils wld b helpful. It took more than 10 minutes to get a refill of drinks.

First thing first, the commercials make Applebee’s seem a lot better than it really is. Everything I had was pretty average. The Chinese chicken salad had way too many fried noodles and not enough lettuce… we also substituted the fried chicken with grilled chicken when we saw the 1000+ calorie count(for a salad…). My sister enjoyed the fried popcorn shrimp, which was pretty standard tasting. My cajun chicken and shrimp wasn’t bad. The best thing there was probably the cheese and artichoke dip. Like literally, the dip itself. The chips were even stale. But the dip was really warm, delicious, and cheesy. I’d probably only come back if someone else REALLY wanted to go. And maybe eat the cheese and artichoke dip as a meal…

Been to this location 3 times. The food is okay and constant. I wouldn’t go back if we happen to be in the area. They should better their happy hour menu by offering more drinks and food. Food was ok. Grilled chicken was rubbery and dry. They offer margaritas and Long Island, limited draft beer. They need to have more variety. We ordered the 2 for 25 special. The place is a bit it dated and should revamp.

This is the date-night spot for my boyfriend & i. Everyone here is usually always so nice & welcoming. I wasn’t a fan of Applebee’s before but this place changed my view. The steak & chicken combo is pretty good & they have an amazing strawberry lemonade.

I haven’t been to Applebee’s in a while and my parents had gift cards to eat here so why not come in for lunch. I entered on a rainy day and the gentleman at the front was really nice and welcoming. At first it was my parents and me eating so a table of four was perfect but then we saw some friends come through the door so we invited them to join us. Our table couldn’t fit five people so they joined together two tables. The server and the host at the front came to help. Again, props to the host for being so hospitable. Our food came: I ordered the Thai shrimp salad. Midway through eating this salad I saw a hair so I stopped eating it and gave it to the server right away. She said she’d send it to the manager and be back. She came back asking if I wanted anything else. I liked the salad so I asked for the same salad, but not the exact same salad with the hair. The manager dropped off the salad so it was nice to see FaceTime with her. All was good with me. I had a problem and it was fixed immediately so I was happy. But at the end of the meal we were presented the check, which was so confusing. This is my critical feedback: the server looked at the check which had my parents meals, our drinks, my salad, and then a negative sign with my salad name again. When she presented the check, she looked at the bill and said, oh and we comped your salad. I wasn’t expecting this so I said thank you. At the bottom of the receipt, the check still had the total with my salad so we called back the server and asked if it was really comped. She stated that it actually wasn’t comped but asked if we wanted it comped. So we were confused why the check would show the subtraction of my salad but still result in the same price with the salad. We said we’d pay for the salad. I also asked for more hot water for my tea, and I got a dirty cup. At this point I was just ready to leave. I think the best advice is for them to pay attention to the small details. And your receipt has so many words on it. Just stick to a basic receipt without all the mumbo jumbo.
