So I wrote my original review like 7 months ago… This store has definitely stepped it up. Great customer service and super helpful now. And never feel like I’m being ignored when I go in, definitely 5 star service(Styles for Less at the Eastland Center in West Covina, take note!).

Just came out of this store and let me tell you the lady was very rude uninviting doesn’t smile. Always leaves the store with no other employee there. Her name tag says Ashley but the receipt says«Britney served you» so I have no idea what her name is but she is an African american worker who never smiles and is rude. She also doesn’t say thank you doesn’t smile or anything. Who employs these kind of people! I hope she not a manager because she doesn’t deserve to be. It’s unusual because the other girls that work there are usually nice and smiling. Anyway I never want to go to this store again when she working

Rude customer service! No greeting when you walk in which is fine but when I went to pay I put my items on the counter and waited for the girl to look up amd acknowledge me… stood there for 30 sec and nothing! She finally looks up sees me and back to the computer! Another girl comes by grabs my items again doesn’t even look at me and starts to remove the sensors and ringing me up at another register… which wouldn’t be a problem if you maybe would have told me to move to the next register or would have acknowledged me at all! Overall cute clothes but probably won’t be returning. Felt completely ignored!

Great selection. lots of ok deals not necessarily cheap/less. My first visit wasn’t great the Staff wasnt very friendly. never showed eye contact never greeted me. Never asked if Im finding everything ok. Just in comparison to other clothing stores they lacked customer service. Yet my second visit my communication was with manager and total opposite experience. Can’t judge based off only one experience.
