Been visiting this location for something close to ten years now, and it has always been consistently good. Great service, fast internet. The only problem with the location is that sometimes it can get a little bit crowded, making it difficult to find a seat. If you can find a seat though it’s a solid place to get some work done, especially with some solid food options nearby(pieology, Hawaiian bbq, in n out, chick fil a etc.) TLDR: great place to get some coffee in walnut New stars program sucks!

Service sucks in this place Cashier Dose not give properly common sense manner Computer error gave wrong information at my first charge and cashier told it’s good to go then yet one of the employee said out loud«you still owe us $$$» when there are many other customer around. Fuck this place !!

Im disappointed in this location, it is really busy and the wifi is down. I couldn’t sit down to eat or work on my school project. Normally i love starbucks but today i was disappointed. The turkey pest was also not that good.

One of the slowest baristas I seen. Been a Starbucks employee myself; you keep your strongman at the bar, not your new hire… No urgency

I frequent this Starbucks for about 12 years now and it is always a pretty easy experience. Now they’ve changed to serve wine and beer, super hipster. Today was a bit of a disappointment. I ordered on the new Starbucks app, like I do at least once a week. I get the same thing every time. Today I was running late for work, ordered 10 minutes ahead of time and went to the counter to grab my drink. Grabbed it, walked out the door. I look down at my cup and there’s pink lipstick on the lid. I, for one, was not wearing pink lipstick nor did I even taste my drink yet. Went back to the counter, told the lady. She didn’t say sorry(not that it’s her fault but customer service ya know?) made me a new drink. Saw my new drink, asked for no whipped cream and there was plenty in it. I was already late for work so I didn’t care anymore, took the drink and left. I would advise not to come here during rush hour times, may run into a mishap or two.

I come here almost every morning and never have a problem. Even with how early I come, the baristas are always happy and greet me. My drink always tastes good too. Will definitely keep this as my go to Starbucks.

I came here for breakfast with my mom and we got some oatmeal. They didn’t have the spinach fold over, which is kind of a bummer, so I ordered the gouda, cheese, and bacon sandwich along with yes, a super cool leopard Starbucks mug. Breakfast was delicious and I later tried to order a Passion Tango drink, but the barista suggested it was better with lemonade. When I got the drink, it also was fizzy and I didn’t like it. Normally I speak up and say its gross, but I was so focused on my studying, that I just studied and ate in peace. Later on, I came back to order a Strawberry Acai drink. I got a mug discount of a whopping .10! If it weren’t for the strawberry weird fizz, the lack of spinach fold over, and a crappy mug discount, I would have given it 5 stars.

Enjoyed a hot, nonfat chai latte on this cold day. The barrista prepared it perfectly. I could drink chai all day if I could. My favorite drink by far. Just enough sweet and spice added to this drink.

Its Starbucks & I have yet to have a problem with this location. Its down the street from school, its in a great plaza & its surrounding area has a lot of restaurants. Parking is huge because it shares with a whole plaza BUT if you’re looking for close right in front parking, then okay good luck, especially during peak hours.

It seems with every update on this Starbucks, the rating gets lower ie 1 less star. Just not the same as what it used to be. No smiles given out here by any of the baristas or friendliness. I came in here to grab a drink during lunch today since I wanted to treat myself as it is NYE and it was the last work day of the year. The menu had somewhat changed and I was looking around for my drink. Not much friendliness from the cashier and I checked out with my «the drink’s on us card»(given to me by the manager) due to horrible service issue last month. The baristas making the drinks weren’t all that nice as well. They weren’t calling out names, only drink orders so of course some of us were bound to be confused as to whose drink belongs to whom. Someone also order a grande caramel machiatto, so I nicely asked if that was possibly mine or mine was coming up. Because the barista who set it down only called out the drink order. The other barista then says that it’s not mine it’s a group order. I wasn’t trying to bother them but no need to make it sound like I am such a nuisance. I totally understand if you aren’t happy to be working on NYE but hey, I am working on NYE also. No need to be mean. When I finally received my drink, I asked if they had those green stoppers but the barista said that they were all out. Again, no smiles or caring about the customer at all. Just that it seems we are such an inconvenience to them. Customer service just continues to go downhill for this location. Might need to find a new default location, but this is the closest to me. Also, the incident that happened last month was with the bonus discounts sent through email by Starbucks HQ. I went into the store because the email stated a special deal for«gold level status» holders. The email stated that the certain deal was extended until closing hours so I knew that I could go after work since this Starbucks location closes at 10 pm. I head into the store and tell them that I want to order the drink that had the special deal. I know that there are usually new employees hired during the holiday season, but the employee tells me that the deal is over and even told another person the same thing before me. I told her«no, it hadn’t» and I know that I tripled checked that day before heading in. She asks the other barista behind him and he says the same thing. I pull out my phone and find the email to show them. I get the email and show the cashier and she goes«well, I don’t know if it’ll work.» I mean, seriously? Disbelief? Can she just not try it and not give me an attitude? Is it really that hard to not doubt the customer? The deal does go through but I had to call the next day and talk to the manager because that cashier was telling people wrong information and then basically arguing with me. The manager stated that deals of the day are noted and that baristas should check it before their shift. I am only guessing that none of the baristas bothered checking that day. Granted, Starbucks keeps sending me so many deals these days, but most of them are bonus stars automatically added onto the account through a certain purchase/deal. Starbucks has changed… lots its appeal to most of us, especially as the espresso in the drinks also taste lighter than they used to. Basically tastes like water with faint espresso. If you get an extra shot, it tastes like it used to… Parking is also limited, need to usually park by TJ Maxx or Home Goods during the lunch rush.

1) Parking is tight right in front of the Café because it’s a popular area, but if you park near the Home Goods store you should be fine 2) Average-size location with a lot of Laptop Campers(These cheap bastards are everywhere) … so finding a seat can be tough during busy hours 3) Good service, and there’s plenty of outside seating if you go towards the end of the strip center where there’s community outside seating available :) 4) Located ¾ of a mile off the 60 frwy & Grand ave exit

Super convenient location for me when I’m coming from and going to San Diego. It’s a fairly easy location to access from all roads and the major freeway in a relatively residential area. Friendly baristas have always helped me out and the drinks are fairly standard. I’m not exactly a regular so being on a first name basis isn’t expected on my end. Will always be stopping by in the future!

This Starbucks is literally down the street from my school. With that being said, it is normally super busy and there tends to be nowhere to sit. So it is kind of hard to nab a spot if you’re trying to sit down and hit the books. I always get great service here when I stop by. There is both indoor and outdoor seating but there is limited outlets. It is in the same complex as TJ Maxx and nearby complexes have an In-N-Out, Michaels, and a variety of other places. Super convenient location if you ask me. Overall this is a great place to get your morning coffee fix, but just be prepared to take it to go… unless you are lucky enough to get a seat.

This Starbucks is super busy! I came to study here on a Tuesday afternoon while waiting for my boyfriend to work out across the street and all the tables were taken. There were a lot of people studying here but the environment was really loud and chaotic.

I come here several times a month for a cup of joe. This is my go to Starbucks for 9 years. The workers here are polite, they make sure I get my coffee quick with the right order. I’ve come here to study on Friday nights, and It’s nice because it’s not crowded. The bathroom is always clean which is a plus. It gets on my nerves when some business don’t fill the soap, especially when it’s a fast food place, but not this place, it’s nice and sanitary.(This is random, but when I put the paper cover over the toilet it always moves! I don’t like that. I guess the air hits that spot. lol). Yes, super random. I read some of the comments below which rate the business based on the baristas. I guess it depends on what kind of customer you are. I’m pretty easy with my coffee request. This place gets extremely busy especially when school kids get out of class(I can’t believe kids in middle school and high school drink coffee, even little toddlers!) I don’t blame the baristas, cause I can understand coffee feans can get a pretty nasty attitude when they don’t get a hit of their drug in the morning.(yes, caffine is a drug). Anyway, I give it 5!

Just because it’s Starbucks so I am giving it 2 stars. I would give it zero star if this review is based on the barista. The baristas who made my drink was unprofessional as she had no smile, argues with the guy who questioned her how his drink was made, and she didn’t shake my Starbucks iced double shot like other Starbucks barista did. When the guy questioned her way of making his coffee she simply responded with«this is how I make it». Well, it’s Starbucks you work at and you should make it like how Starbucks want you to make it. Bad customer service from that specific barista, and yeah my drink was bad which prompted me to write this review.
