When ordering a drink make sure to ask for no more than 8 cubes of ice because they will fill your cup, to the top, with ice and u end up getting one sip of tea… never fails.

I found this place near my school. And I have found a place for crepes. Since geniki living shut down. I loved how they didn’t mention anything about ice cream in the crêpe. I thought it was just all whipped cream and fruit. I’ll be coming back here before or after class when I have a bad day.

This is one of the better boba places around. The prices are good and you get two free toppings with the smoothie/slush! Drink tasted great and nice family owned shop.

Came here with my friend since she was craving crepes and this was the closest place… Not sure what to expect due to the mixed reviews on Unilocal.I liked the décor-very cozy and kid friendly. The chairs were comfortable and i liked the games they have. We ordered a Nutella crêpe. It was… ok. Meh. Decent would be a bit of a stretch, but it’s kinda there. Not as crispy and thin as a crêpe should be, but it kinda got more crispy as it cooled. The Nutella was kinda spread weirdly, but it was definitely enough. Conclusion: not sure if will come back, but it’s an ok place for a sudden craving and no other place in convenience.

The drinks and other confections are superb, but I get alot of boba. ALOT of boba. Even in the small drink. Way too much boba. But boba is good. So, i’m sorta okay with it.

Stopped in on Sunday since I was in the area and I thought this place was pretty good. Did the«buy 2 get 1 free» special by posting the required phrase on facebook and got hooked up. 1 Watermelon, 1 Pineapple, and 1 free tea which ended up coming to around $ 9. The large bobas are just that, LARGE. They look like small children’s buckets! The drinks in itself were pretty good. I’ve had better, but these were great. I ended up getting my watermelon one with Rainbow Boba which was a great idea since it was tasty. The only thing that stopped this place from getting 5 stars was the fact that the girl working the front wouldn’t allow me to get a crêpe to share with my girlfriend: I Thought that was rude, but whatever. All in all, I’d recommend you to stop in whenever you can.

I left my wallet there by accident. When they gave it back to me, my cash was missing. Everything was in my wallet except my money. –_– I looked in my wallet to give the girl some money for finding it but I couldn’t because all my cash was gone. At this point I just didn’t want to make a scene so I left. SHADY. me and my friends won’t be back.

3.25 stars Since my last review in 2011, I’ve been here about a dozen times. Much has changed(in a good way). The place overall is much more presentable and modern, which I feel really helps attract more customers. I usually just go here for boba drinks, primarily taro milk tea. I have yet to try their crepes. Usually when I go, there’s only one person working. So if you have 2 or more customers ahead of you, you might have to wait awhile, especially if they ordered crepes. Still a decent café to go to when I’m craving a simple drink.

Super tiny, hole in the wall boba joint with your standard boba drinks. To be honest, the place really isn’t that good and most of their drinks are made with powder, tea brewed not too strong, and overall meh. BUT! For the price, it’ll satisfy your craving and the workers are nice. The last time I went i ordered the matcha green milk tea(they use non dairy creamer I believe) and I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that they used a good amount of matcha powder in my drink. My bf ordered the stand boba milk tea. More milky, less tea flavor, very sweet. If you’re in the area and want something cheaper than ten ren then this is a good choice. other wise, it’s not a destination boba place that you need to visit. More a to-go place. not much sitting room.

This place used to be good for cheap, decent boba. Since it is under new management, it is slightly more expensive and slightly more mediocre. If you’re in a rush, and this is within your path, go for it. But I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here. Slushed aren’t blended enough and a less than satisfying amount of honey in my green tea :/

This place is pretty good. I always get the fresh fruit smoothies with boba so i can’t review their crepes at all. Price is typical, and every time I’ve been here(about 6,) I have really enjoyed what I’ve ordered. My favorite combos are: strawberry, pineapple, banana and mango banana. I also had a straight honeydew one which was yummy too. The place itself is cute inside, but really tiny, so I wouldn’t bring a big group of friends. Parking has a 2-hour limit. However, customer service from one individual could use some work. Both women who I’ve seen working here are nice and make me feel welcome. On the other hand, one of the guys who works here is very rude. Both times that I’ve come by when he’s working, customers walked in and he didn’t even acknowledge their existence. Not a «I’ll be right with you,» or anything. I’ve given him a «Thank you!» Both times with no response. The first time I thought maybe he was having a bad day, but it seems that this is just his demeanor. Rude!

— Locale Destination — It’s on N Lemon Ave and La Puente Rd in Walnut. It’s in a small corner shopping center right by Vons(supermarket). Inside is kinda small but 2 tables with s chess board and other board games. Comfy seating. Décor is very casual. They decolated with Christmas stuff. They got a TV, but it wasn’t on. Plenty of parking. It says 2 hours for most spots around the shop. No electric outlet, but they have a free wi-fi: password — bobav Happy hour: 7−9pm, buy 2 any boba drinks and get 1 free! They have deals $ 5.95 for small tea($ 2.25 for regular price) + one choice out of 3: 1) 3 chicken tender and fries 2) cod and fries 3) crêpe — Gluttony Expedition — *** Tea *** Small is 16 oz, Medium is probably 20 oz. Large is probably 24 oz. They sell sorta«Artisan tea» by packages and cans(see my pictures). I assume they might use the better quality tea leaves?! I don’t know. Rose milk tea: It had a strong rose flavor, but it was way too sweet. $ 3 for medium is very cheap for rose milk tea, but I need to drink water now… Lychee tea: I wish it was a little less sweetened — then I’d like it. They put lychee jello(?!) in it. But the«burnt» tea flavor and«bitter» after taste overkilled the tea as a whole. Sad. Fruit crêpe: The crêpe was very thick, cold and hard. Nothing like the crêpe you could get in Harajyuku, Tokyo. They put one vanilla ice cream, tons of whip cream and cut fruits(banana, strawberry, and kiwi) drizzled with chocolate sauce. It was put in the«snow cone» cup, which makes it so hard to eat. It looks pretty, but not so much on the taste department. Meh. — Conqueror’s Deduction — What’s wrong with people? I’ve tried so many places for boba tea, and this is not even close to my 3 stars. Though they seem to try, but I don’t like these at all. Even if it were«cheap», it isn’t good enough for me. 1) Tea was way too sweet 2) Green tea was clearly burnt(you get the«burnt» and«bitter» taste because they brewed it at way too high templature. Floral flavor is way too overpowering. I brew tea by myself, so I do know what to do with tea better than average people). 3) The crêpe was very thick and hard I’m sorry. Neither their tea nor crêpe convinced me well.

I love that a large is $ 4! Including boba or whatever add in you want. The pudding is so good! I recommend the Thai tea. It’s super good and you can really taste the clove. Also, the selection of tea they have is awesome! Also bummed that they aren’t open on Sunday’s

Came here a couple months ago. I lucked out and got a buy-one-get-one free deal. So I got a smoothie and an oreo shake thingy. Both were bomb, but I loved the oreo one. Staff was super friendly too. I think I met three staff members. Atmosphere is cozy, they have games to play like connect 4 and chess. It’s a chill spot. Would def go again. Actually, I’m craving it right now!

I really liked coming here a lot during my break its near my job. There was a nice older lady working there. I just went again recently and it seems a new young girl is working there. I got a thai tea boba and it was extremely sweet. She seemed more concerned on her friends that were there with her while she worked. NEVER getting the Thai Tea =/ Small is 2.25
