This Starbucks location is great. Friendly staff, great coffee, and a wonderful atmosphere inside which allows me to have a friendly meeting and/or study.

This is my new go to Starbucks since it’s close to my daughters school and it’s a drive thru. I like it because the drive thru line is always short and goes by quick. The drinks are always on point. I just feel like the customer service at this location is just OK. You don’t feel that above and beyond customer service from them. I’m ok with that since I’m always in n out anyways!

It seems like Starbucks is on everyone’s schedule when they are in the mood for a quick pick-me up or simply need to find a place to kill time. That’s why I come here. I enjoy coming to this one because first, my mechanic is just down the street and he takes a while to do maintenance on my car; two, the Barista’s here are friendly and try to move as quickly as possible and three, this place is updated with the latest and greatest. The staff here are perky, kind and always acknowledge the people in line(which is great!). I feel like they are always acknowledging the long lines and thanking people for waiting in their sometimes chaotic lines. I applaud the manager of this establishment as well as the trainers who train the new on-coming barista’s because I’ve never had a problem with the taste of ANY of my drinks, ever. The only downside of this place though, which is why I gave it 4 stars, is this Starbucks gets INSANELY cold. The tables that are aligned near the wall seem to get a blast of cold air all the time. Even in the summer when I come here I need to bring a sweater because of how cold it gets. I know the temperature is a selling tactic to buy more hot coffee but this Starbucks is ridiculous when it comes to the temperature inside. My fingers are numb as I type this review(no joke). So overall, if you are coming into the store to just grab a quick cup of coffee and leaving, you’ll have a great experience with the overly-friendly staff, but if you’re going to be in the place for a while just be prepared to freeze!

As Starbucks go, about the same but I gave it 5 stars purely because it’s a great study spot for Walnut. Pretty big and almost every table has an outlet nearby or the powermat phone charger built in. I would recommend this location over the one down the street in The Village.

Been here a couple times all because of the convenience of their drive thru, but all very disappointed with the quality of their drinks. Trenda ice coffee — 2⁄5 definitely tastes very watered down, I asked for hazelnut syrup with soy, it didn’t have enough pumps of syrup or something, just didn’t taste right. Strawberry açai berry refresher– 2⁄5 definitely watered down, I even asked for lite ice. I didn’t want to go back in the store to ask them to redo my drinks, since that was the whole point of me using the drive thru so I would not have to park and go in the store. This experience is all so similar at a different Starbucks drive thru in City of Industry, seems like they are not afraid to sacrifice quality they know they will still be popular with the drive thru. Will probably still use the drive thru only next time I happen to pass by and was in need of a Starbucks drink.(I really have other options only if I was not so lazy) but I will really try to get it at a different Starbucks which is only less then a mile away.

The drive thru always takes forever but I still come here where I’m on my way to work in the morning. The drive thru people can be more friendly. The inside is really spacious and nice to take a break in, some times it takes long for someone to make your drink. Overall, not bad but not the best location.

Not sure why, but this location has 5 different business accounts with the same address! Service is friendly here. Clean, quiet, and cute location. Drinks taste as usual. They have a tendency to take 10 to 20 minutes for drive thru, so come at your own risk if you’re in a hurry but too lazy to leave your car.

Pros: –Drinks are good –Many available outlets –Friendly staff –Low traffic –Free and fast Google wifi –Spacious parking lot Cons: –Baristas are slow at making drinks compared to other branches I’ve been to –Half the tables have an A/C blowing directly at you(it’s way too cold and you’re forced to move around or leave) Overall, decent Starbucks if you’re in the area and are craving. Would not recommend hanging out inside — too cold.

This store is the bomb. All the frappucinos are the freshest. All the cappucinos are the illest. And the bathrooms are real clean.

Starbucks, you really are the real M.V.P. Coffee is the yin to my yang, the peanut butter to my jelly, the hot sauce on my taco, and the list can go on forever. Coffee, really is the best team player anyone can ever ask for! Anytime I am feeling down, tired, sleep-deprived, hungry, or happy… Starbucks has always come through for me! This location deserves a million times more awesome points because it has a drive-thru. The service is always friendly and quick and they always get my order just the way I like it. Thank you to the staff at Starbucks for bringing me close to my true love, Coffee.

So this is my go-to Starbucks location because it is so close to my workplace and I can grab a quick drink on my lunch break. All the employees here are nice with the exception of one particular rude and obnoxious employee. Every time I give this person my order in the drive thru she is laughing and not paying attention and usually gets my order wrong. It happens so consistently with this person that I can actually tell in the drive thru when I am dealing with her. When I hear her say«welcome to Starbucks what do you want?(Snicker laugh snicker)» I know it’s her. She never asks how are you doing which the other employees always ask. She usually doesn’t work the drive through window and up until this point I have not really cared but I just experienced something that the management should address. I saw this employee take the lid off my drink stick her finger inside it and then close the lid. She closed the drive thru window before doing this but I could clearly see her through it. The she opened the window and handed me my drink like nothing was wrong. I was so shocked I just drove off with it, didn’t know how to react in the moment. Oh yea, and of course the drink order label had the wrong order printed on it so she didn’t do that right either. SOGROSS!!! What kind of weirdo sociopath is working there!

Fast and very convenient drive thru & in-store location on the corner. I have been here a few times and found myself always in & out with my drink order. The staff is friendly, fast, and efficient. I have been here one time when I didn’t like the way they made the berry refresher because it had too much ice. So I asked them to remake it, which they happily did. It was a lot better the second time when I requested less ice.

It’s your standard Starbucks; fast workers who– despite a line– were able to get everyone in and out pretty quickly on a weekday morning. However, they did get my order wrong which is always annoying. I asked for a cinnamon chai tea latte and ask that it be the classic chai and not the oprah chai– and yet I just got a plain chai tea latte without cinnamon. Still drinkable though.

I love all Starbucks far and wide… i especially love this one because of the drive-thru. Its centrally located to where i run errands everyday so its convenient. The staff is courteous and the wait at the drive thru is not too bad. I mean, come on, its Starbucks, there’s always going to be a line! But it moves quickly! Don’t forget to use your Gold card/app get those Stars for free drinks!

This is probably my favorite starbucks in the WORLD! Yes. well in this area at least! The workers here are always nice, warm, welcoming, and EFFICIENT! I come here pretty often to the point that if I don’t come for a week and the next time I stop by they’re like we haven’t seen you in a while :) lol! Sooo sometimes I go to other starbucks location for convenience if I’m not close to this one, but I end up just getting disappointed or having to wait extremely long or get treated very rudely… which does NOT make me want to spend money there at all.

Every time I’ve come here for my caffeine fix the service has been good and the drinks have been made to expectations. This isn’t the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to but it’s pretty good. The best part about it is they are not busy and they have a drive thru

So on your birthday you get a free drink from Starbucks. The tired college student I was I decided to save it for the next day. Though as I was sipping on my venti(I hope I spelled it right) Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte… a fly got in it. THATNASTAYFLY! –__– I couldn’t finish my drink and I only had ¼ of it. So 2DAYS after I came here and explained my story to see if they could remake it for me. If they said no I at least tried, but they said YES! I don’t know a lot of businesses who would do that, especially if the purchase was 2 days after. So from this they earned my loyalty. THANKSGUYS :)

I love how they added a local Starbucks to this location in the sleepy little town of Walnut. Since they erected this corner strip mall fresh out of an empty parking lot, everything looks fantastic and brand spanking new. It even has a drive thru which I’m against cause it takes out all the pleasant experience of a Starbucks coffee shop. The staff here is courteous. The coffee drinks just as good as any other Starbucks all over the world. The reason for the 3 star rating is because of the awkward location. The corner of Lemon and Valley is a big intersection. However, you can only get into the plaza going south bound on Lemon or going west bound on Valley. If you are coming from the other direction, it would take a bit of work just to get there. To make things worse, most of Valley Blvd has no U turn between Lemon and Fairway! And Lemon you can only turn into another plaza and slowly make your own to this plaza via parking lot drive ways. Whoever designed this intersection should be shot.
