The Manager is super nice and professional. Makes a huge difference in this Truck stop Carl’s.
The food cane out fast and very tasty.
The manager himself came and served our food and was super courteous.
Don’t be fooled by the location and look of this Carl’s, it’s worth it.

I know it’s just a fast food place, but I’m kinda fed up. EVERY single time I come to this place they get my order wrong. I don’t really like their food and it’s a bit over-​priced… but sometimes I crave a Famous Star no cheese. So I go and order a Famous Star no cheese, I leave with a Famous Star with cheese. Of course I don’t know this until I get home, then I have to suck down the burger trying not to barf. There are some burgers that just don’t taste good with cheese… The Whopper and the Famous Star. Besides that, what if I’m allergic to cheese? WHY CAN’T YOU GUYS JUST GIVE WHAT THE CUSTOMER ASKED FOR??? It’s not that freaking hard!!! I don’t want no mutha’ fu%^in’ cheese!!!

I really like it here because the dining room is usually empty heavy drive thru, everyone is friendly and courteous, however that women’s restroom NEEDS A MAKEOVER ASAP. Looks worse than an old gas station restroom

I come here on my lunch breaks and I love the staff and food is really good kudos management.

Went in at 5am was told they don’t serve breakfast until 6am although I come here once a week at the same time. Must be a lazy staff in there today.

I stopped to use the restroom thinking it would be cleaner than the gas station across the street. Are you kidding me? The picture someone else posted says it all. I wish I would’ve looked at this ahead of time. Absolutely run down and disgusting!!! Filthy restrooms both men and women’s. My nephew was in line to get a drink with the cashier helping only one person ahead of him and he was still standing there when I got out. She never said «I’ll be right with you» I don’t think she knew what to do. Extremely poor management obviously. Ladies, if you’re thinking about using the restrooms here please go elsewhere unless you want to see this filth for yourself. I could have added a few more filthy pics if I wanted to, but honestly I felt sick to my stomach. We never ordered a drink and just walked out. Shame on Carl’s Jr. for allowing this. Maybe you should spend more time cleaning up your chains instead of nasty perverted commercials you sickos.

Location had the 2 western bacon cheese burger deal but it was a dollar more than other locations, fine… I can deal with it… but, the one thing I can’t deal with is when they make the burgers really bad. Usually it’s supposed to come with 2 onion rings in each burger but there was only 1 onion ring in each and one of the rings were really tiny and crappy. I’ll just let the picture do the talking.
Never coming to this location again.

WORST SERVICE EVER.
Went through the drive thru and barely started ordering our meal when all of a sudden the lady already totaled up our order when we weren’t even finished. Then we had to order our meal. When we were paying and she didn’t even say sorry. And then! When we finally got our order I check if everything we ordered was in the bag & no we were missing one of our orders so ran back inside the place and they just took the bag put the meal inside and gave it back without even saying sorry or anything.
THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
NEVER COMING BACK HERE EVER AGAIN.

1 star for service. Went and order breakfast, and they made a mistake on my order, but seems like they want me to apologize to them because I did not order what they want to sell me.

Whoever owns this branch has a serious need to keep his employees on their toes. From the food counters to the bathrooms, including the floors, the entire place looks like it had never experienced cleaning in ages ! Seriously!
Customer service is average and the foods lacked that special «touch» that says «in this place we care!».
Blah!

Try placing a simple basic order and see if they get it right. I’m willing to bet it’ll be wrong. They give you what they think you should have, not what you ask for. Maybe if they actually took the time to listen to your order, they’d get it right for a change

Drive thru’s are supposed to be fast. Not here. I ordered a simple meal, one car in front of me. I’m thinking the person in front of me ordered a bunch of food so it’s tKing a while. Then I notice the driver gets one drink and one paper bag. Then I come up they take my payment and I still have to wait longer than 5 minutes. I know what you’re thinking, it’s only 5 minutes. But this is suppose to be fast food and drive thru, not slow food and wait. I think I’ve gotten my food faster at an In-​n-​out with 10 cars in front of me. Definitely not going back.

Stopped by for breakfast (drive-​thru). ⁷⁄₅ 7:48am. Ordered a bacon bacon biscuit combo and a caramel shake. Total$ 9.68/check0079 Paid with a $ 50 What is it about the drive thru girl that made me want to count my change, which is a habit I should do regardless. Server 187 just hurried up to give me my change. It was folded, it all seemed so rushed and odd. Well what do you know. It was a full $ 10 short. Why did I get the feeling she already knew that as I was flagging her down to get her attention and open up the window. Didn’t offer an apology just grabbed the money from the register. Seconds later she comes back gives me my order and repeats it. Bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Me — What??? Oh. It’s a Bacon Bacon cheese biscuit. Me — Oh, Ok. I pull away, get on the freeway. Take a bite, and what do you know, it’s a bacon ham and egg biscuit. Felt like driving back, but it wasn’t worth the headache. But I probably will call so I can update this review later. The money mistake is suspect, but I can chalk that up as a mistake. The biscuit thing was obvious they don’t care there job.
UPDATE: I called the store (NO ANSWER) I called the district manger (I believe the voicemail said his name was Frank) we will see how this plays out.

Cheated on my diet.whoops. It was pretty good. Had a coupon for free Chili Cheese Fries with order of Xtra Bacon Double Western Cheeseburger. Man just shaking my head at the sound of what I ate. If your eating something that has more than 3 words pretty good chance its unhealthy lol. Well The service there is really great. My Burger was pretty good the only thing its sometimes tricky ordering it. The first time I bought it they forgot to put sauce on it so i was left with some dry onion rings. Second time I asked for extra sauce and there was so much sauce i could have caught the drippings off of it it and saved it for another meal. Third time not enough sauce. So i guess I have to ask for «Easy Extra Sauce» ?
The Chili Cheese fries were pretty good. Im not too huge of a fan of Chili and man there was a lot of Chili. Overall they were good so if you like A lot of Chili on your fries… They won’t hold back. Good experience and the service is really great and friendly.

I feel like this location finds itself situated in a very good location. I mean its right next to the freeway, there isn’t alot of other quick fast food restaurants around and they have a pretty large parking lot to go with it.
Not Alot I can say about this place. Burgers are decent and the service was ok. They seemed rushed when I got there during lunch time so I can understand. The Menu will keep changing but I recommend the Superstar if nothing else.

Grrr, the other night I got there 5 minutes before closing and the lady ran up to the door and locked it. I needed to use the rest room. She could have told us they were closing in 5 minutes, but she went the rude route.

Standard in n out, parking lot always seems to be pretty crowded, not sure if ppl park here for other spots.
Service is quick, drive thru ppl are friendly enough, no complaints here…

This Carl’s Jr. deserves a 5 STARS!
+ They don’t skimp out on the french fries and criss-​cut fries.
+ They’re more than happy to give you more ketchup, ranch, etc. and don’t nickel and dime you for them.
+ Spacious Parking for your convenience
+ Clean dining area
+ If you drive an RV or an 18-​wheeler, there’s a lot of space for you to park your vehicle for the night and sleep. I think if you have a walkie-​talkie, you can order from your RV or 18-​wheeler and they’ll bring the food right out to you.
