Ownership/management needs to re-evaluate. This place is always understaffed and very slow service.

I ordered and waited for a half hour for two slices of(old) cheese pizza to be heated up. They forgot about my order and only when I went up to ask if it would be ready soon did they give it to me. The guy there claimed that there was a shift change after I ordered and it «got lost» but the person who took my order was standing right there watching our exchange. Don’t waste your time.

Today my father, son and I decided to go out to lunch. We chose papa Gino’s because they had stuff my son would eat. We got there and order a kids Mac and cheese, buffalo fingers, garlic bread, and two slices of pepperoni.(The slices were for myself). We then had to pick a booth which was a hard pick. It was basically pick the table with the least amount of trash on it. So the food came out and we noticed we were missing the two slices. So we waited just in case they had to make an entire pizza for some slices. The entire time pretty much the entire staff was standing around on their phones in front of every customer in there. We waited for over a half hour and multiple people that came in after us were served before we finally went up and said something. We then waited another five minutes while the staff texted away before we were brought two slices of cheese pizza. My father was extremely upset and brought the pizza back up and explained how we ordered pepperoni slices. We then waited another five or ten minutes before the correct slices were brought out to us. This Papa Gino’s was an extreme disappointment. Needless to say we will never be returning back to this establishment. Only giving one star because I can’t give them negative

The staff was under-staffed but they were working to do their best to keep up. They were very apologetic. The manager was awesome and kept everyone smiling. Attitude in leadership matters.

Heavy prizes on the top make this game unplayable and the claw is too loose to grab any prizes in this machine. Needs to be tightened and reshuffled prizes to allow people to win once and a while. Walpole Papa Gino’s avoid this machine until repaired.

A great new location, next to Old Navy in the Mall at Walpole. One day I ordered Chicken and Pizza with some family and got the pizza fine, 5 – 10 minutes later I got a pizza with chicken on top of it, not what I wanted, they let me keep it and got the guy said he would get the regular chicken tenders for me. Soon, I get another pizza with tender chicken on top, this time he doesn’t give the pizza to us but gives us some coupons, I guess probably because he felt really bad, and then he brought us the chicken tenders we wanted. The guy was so helpful and friendly though, HIGHLYSUGGESED!!!

Recently visited this location since their renovations last year. The restaurant is vitalized and looks great! I love the accessibility via their website to place orders online and schedule pickup times. I had to change an online order and the manager was very accommodating. I stopped in to pickup an order during the week so the restaurant itself wasn’t very busy, but service was prompt and the pie came out hot. Love it when chains like this are so reliable – will definitely order from them again!
