Customer service was great! One of the male cashier’s noticed that I was having a TERRIBLE day, and actually brought the pizza to me… that made my day! Good deal for the large pizza for $ 6, however, the flavor/​dough was mediocre. Maybe their other options are better. I’ll return to try something else just because of that guy helping me out that day.

Had the steak bomb sub it was so good! Soup is great too! The pizza is only $ 5.99 and it was great also

My daughter and I were crossing the street in the rain and the owner of the restaurant invited us inside for a free slice of pizza. We chatted for a while, and he is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He’s very humble and kind. He ended up giving us a whole free pizza of our choice to take home. I will for sure come back without a doubt. The pizza was absolutely delicious, and the owner completely made our day. Thank you so much!

I was looking for a nice place in Waltham for lunch that would be fast, easy and delicious… Biagio Express was right on the mark! I ordered the Wicked Tuna Sandwich and it certainly was WICKED. Absolutely the best tuna sandwich I’ve ever had. Not like any other tuna sandwich. It was nice white tuna fish with artichoke and greens served on a delicious bun that was not too soft that it fell apart and not too hard that it cut up my mouth. TERRIFIC SANDWICH. I’m going back today because I can’t stop thinking about that sandwich! Prices are reasonable and the staff was super nice. I asked if the Wicked Tuna was spicy and he told me no but if I wanted it spicy, he wold make it spicy… just for me! HAHAHA Like I said — Super nice!
