I would rate Corry’s three and a half stars. Corry’s is a neighborhood favorite. It’s a gathering spot for many different social groups, so you’ll find various age groups depending on the day and time. Corry’s has a pretty extensive list of beers with about twenty options on tap; however, almost all of the options are macro or non-craft. Corry’s does carry a few local, craft options. I think they had a draft from Long Ireland available the last time I came. Corry’s is very conveniently located. It is located right next to the Wantagh train station which has quick access to Wantagh Avenue, Sunrise Highway, Wantagh Parkway, and only a few blocks away from Merrick Road. Another perk of Corry’s is that they serve up some decent bar food.

The food here is great! It’s always packed and a fun atmosphere. Donna is usually my waitress and she is great! She remembers everything without even writing it down, quite impressive! Can’t wait to come back and try something new! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a casual night out!

I used to always go to Cleary’s and then my favorite bartender left so I was ‘homeless’ in the bar sense. But then I wandered over to Corry’s and BOOM. I was adopted. As was everyone I ever grew up with. Corry’s is absolutely a local’s bar. Everyone knows everyone in some way shape or form. They have an awesome beer selection and a completely stocked liquor selection as well. They offer wine and late night food. The bartenders(Mike and Steve are my go to guys) always wave hello when we walk in and ask if we’ll be ‘having the usual’(Coconut 1800 w/soda and 3 limes). It’s a cool atmosphere, great for games or just hanging out. Thanks Corry’s for adopting me.

Went for happy hour… great atmosphere and even better appetizers! The potato egg rolls were great as was the spinach artichoke dip. For living so close to Corey’s I cannot believe I haven’t been here more often. Will definitely be back for dinner!

Such a great Ale House! Staff was great, especially Sophie who was very pleasant and attentive! She made the best Bloody Mary freshly made mix! They have a great beer selection on tap as well. Had the best burger, lamb burger that was prepared to perfection! Had their homemade warm brownie with vanilla ice cream and was the perfect end to an amazing meal. Go and enjoy! Right at the Wantagh LIRR station.

What a cool place for a burger and a beer! I wasn’t the mood for Croxleys, I was looking for a small pub with some good food. I’ve never been to Corry’s, I had it bookmarked for a while. Let’s spin the spinner and see what’s crackalackin’. If the restaurant isn’t crowded, parking isn’t an issue because there is a small side lot. I walk in and it’s Cheers up in here! A nice long bar with lotsa beer taps. I said Beer taps!!! I grab a corner table so I can observe the restaurant. A cheerful waitress comes over to me. I tell her I never been here before, what burger should I order, I’m leaning towards the lamb burger. Oooh order the Lamb burger! I place my beer and lamb burger order. Now, I see people getting off of work and drinking some damn fine beers on tap. There are over 20 beer choices, nice job Mr. Corry! My burger comes out quickly, its kinda over cooked and the fries are limp. Ahh… 4 star review from me tonight. I loved the beer selections, the burger was just ok so I knocked off a star.

Totally agree with Blythe and Giana… That server, Dan, is the owners son, terrible business move having him«work» there! He has the attitude that his parents own it and he can do and say what he wants. I will NEVER go back! Besides, their menu hasn’t been changed since they opened, the quality of food has drastically gone down hill. I’m from the area and have been of course letting friends/neighbors know what’s going on there. Do yourself a favor, go to SNAPS it’s DELICIOUS and worth every penny!

Have never had a bad experience at Corry’s. The food is tasty and the beer selection has always been great. The service is also wonderful. It doesn’t matter if you’re stopping in for a meal, some apps, or just a few drinks, Corry’s wont disappoint.

Surprisingly busy for a weekday night at 8pm! I’m not from the area, but Corry’s is a cozy bar and restaurant where the locals head to unwind. I can definitely see why it feels like home to some! Their appetizers are pretty tasty, especially the wings and mozzarella sticks. The selection of beer was better than expected, since it usually takes at least 3 or 4 different IPAs for me to respect an establishment. Service was on point, too. But what’s up with there not being any women but myself the night I went? And I understand it’s Wantagh, but people stare like they’ve never seen an Asian girl before. Seemed a bit odd to me.

Tried it once again horrible attitude horrible service mediocre Irish pub food. Two or four entrées arrived Jed called manager gave a hard time about it being called upon food return it was the same food that we are taking bites out of which I believe goes against board of health regulations.

Not sure I’ve ever given a 5 star review… but here’s one! Is Corry’s a Michelin rated gourmet restaurant? No. But it feels like home… if home had great munchies, cold Harp and great people. My wife and I love the food. Nothing pretentious… but solid. We’ve never left disappointed. In fact, we always think — we should bring friends here. We love that Kate stops at our table… not just to see how our meal is, but to see how WE are. Mel… and all of the servers… seem to know when our drinks are seconds away from needing refills. No place is perfect. The parking is tight and it can get crowded… but whenever my wife and I are heading out to eat… Corry’s is one of the first places we think about. We love hearing about their creative and delicious specials on Facebook, and put off eating at home — or elsewhere — when something sounds too good to miss.

Service was great, food was great and atmosphere was good too. Best is when you go with good friends! We went for lunch and it was still busy which is a good sign! The sweet potato fries are definitely a must. We all had wraps and they all were finished to the last bite which says a lot about our group. My favorite was the blackened chicken. It was cooked perfectly and was very juicy and the lettuce stayed crisp.

I’m giving my experience 5 stars because the service was great! Not only was my waitress Melissa very attentive we were also seen by a manager more than once during the visit. We ordered nachos as an appetizer which were perfectly crispy and loaded. For my meal I ordered the blackened chicken Caesar wrap; it was a bit spicy but I got used to it. This place is also great for stopping in for a drink with friends. The atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming for a sports bar.

OK first of all everyone there is good looking, like wtf??? i was just there to pick up a quick to go order and was like so this is where the hotties hang out. The bartender, cute, the guys in suits, super cute. So anyway the food was great i got the irish nachos and baked clams, me and my boss inhaled them in minutes and i work at a restaurant. I will def be back to scope out the crowd and try some new drinks. Super nice staff and great looking spot too.

Heard a lot of positive things about Corry’s both regarding the food and the craft beers, so I had to try this place! For a Sunday night it was decently crowded and I hear it gets packed late at night on Friday’s and Saturday’s. They must be doing well! My family has eaten here a few times and said the burgers were very good. They have the smaller sized bar burger for just $ 5. It’s a small kinda bite if you’re not very hungry. If you’re up for the regular sized it’s $ 9 and they both come with either homemade fries/chips. Mine was cooked perfectly and it just hit the spot. It was flavorful and juicy as well. You could tell the beef was good quality. And the homemade fries/chips, excellent! I really like this place so far. I can’t wait to come back for some of the beers on tap. From what I hear, they sound great. Corry’s is a cozy, laid-back place to hangout and grab a bite.
