The only thing this one star counts for is friendly service. Other than that, this «hotel» is HORRIBLE! I don’t even know where to start, other than if you are a normal and decent individual or family, please do not stay here. It is filled with the kind of people you do not want to be around… druggies and lowlifes everywhere. Excessive noise in the parking lot, huge loud bangs at random hours of the night, doors slamming… we stayed 2 nights and left when we were supposed to stay for a week! The rooms are dirty and falling apart. Roaches roam the facility. A car crashed into the first floor and they have bed sheets hanging up to cover the gaping opening into a room, and no signs of repairing in sight. Breakfast is an assortment of cheap, frozen foods and sugary cereal. Huge stains in carpet, dirty toilet, just over all gross. We needed more wash cloths (they only provide 2, and 2 towels) and needed our old ones to wash before they could provide more. They are clearly not well stocked. Just don’t stay here unless you are looking for a new drug dealer or have a gun! Luckily we had ours because it was my piece of mind during our super shady stay! Stay away!

When we arrived most of the staff was outside in the «yard» smoking cigarettes with the rest of the chain gang just mean mugging people as they showed up. That should have been a sign of things to come.
Upon entering our room we were immediately overcome with the stench of decomposition as the dead body smell filled the entire room. One of the beds had a «butt print» as my son called it in the middle of it, someone had made the bed then for some reason sat square in the middle of it clearly leaving a two ass cheek signature. When my son turned to leave the room because it was so bad the door handle literally came off in his hand.
We went down to my daughter’s room to find it also enjoyed a nice «dead body under the bed» smell. I went down the the front desk and the clerk was able to give me another room for my son and I. I went back to my girls’ room to make sure they were at least going to make it through the night. By this time they had figured out that the TV did not work, the outlets did not work and when my daughter walked on the floor barefoot it was so sticky that you could hear her feet peeling off the carpet. They called down to the desk about the TV and were told maintenance was on their way up. We stood in the room for 20 minutes and never saw any maintenance team. My kids were too afraid to sit on anything because everything was absolutely filthy. They could not go outside the room because of the roving groups of crack heads, pedophiles, ex-​cons and god knows who else was sitting at the pool smoking weed and staring at us. The overall vibe of the place was somewhere between halfway house and crack house. This is not at all a safe place for families with children or those without a CCW permit.
The majority of the staff was very unprofessional, they didn’t even bother with «uniforms» or even work attire. The guy I thought was a panhandler was actually the «maintenance» guy. After 20 minutes of no-​show from the maintenance team we decided there was no way we could survive through this and we would get our money back.
I asked for a refund and spent 45 minutes sitting there arguing with them about how I needed confirmation of said refund and they stalled over and over. The clerk, who was new and the only quality person on the property, tried hard to work with me but even his managers lied to him. The manager wouldn’t come to the desk, she would only talk to him by phone. When she couldn’t get me some sort of evidence that they really cancelled it the clerk called the General Manager. After a few minutes the GM said he would come down. Imagine my surprise when he came down and literally hid behind the wall and just called the clerk over! He wouldn’t even come out and talk to me! They finally gave me a cancellation number which turned out to be fake. When I called
to make sure they weren’t going to charge me I found out the hotel never did a refund at all and intended to still collect. Stay away from this place at all costs.
This place either needs to be razed or corporate needs to come in and gut the place and the staff. I can’t even believe this is a corporate owned facility, I can only imagine that this place keeps the executives up at night. This is a kidnapping, mass murder, rape fest waiting to happen. Do NOT go here for any reason and avoid the «reviews» on
that inflate this place to be less of the shit hole it is.
This place is only recommended for smack addicts looking for a flop house. Even then, be careful and come armed.
Oh I want to echo what Nick said, there was clear damage from where a car crashed into the building and a full month after Nicks visit there is still no sign that they are repairing the damage.

The room was sweltering hot upon check-​in. Took hours for the ac to cool it down.
one of the pillows had hair from the previous occupent.
TV got only one channel… all others were unwatchable. an employee said it had been broken for over a week.
a car apparently had crashed into a 1^st floor room. my room was just above. the 2^nd floor had been temporarily reinforced with 4×4 lumber. I was there for 2 weekdays and saw no attempt to repair the damage while I was there.
roaches are plentiful onsite, though I saw none inside my room
wifi was lame… barely usuable and keep dropping connection.

There was a roof, a bed, and a bathroom, so I guess it’s worth one star.
1. The first room did not have a working heater/​AC (or phone), so we went and requested a new room with no problem.
2. The new room had a sign on it saying «wet paint», but we were too tired and went in anyway.
3. The carpet was filthy and there was one huge, dark stain right in front of the sink area.
4. There was a hole in the bathroom door.
5. The tub was cheaply patched as if there was a hole underneath
6. The room was not very clean and that’s really unacceptable for a bathroom.
7. There was no remote control or HDMI port on the tv.
8. There are no comforters on the beds. Just a blanket and two sheets.
9. After office hours, if you need anything, like towels or blankets, you have to walk all the way to the front desk because no one will bring it to you.
10. The office had no extra towels to offer us when we needed them because housekeeping had already gone home.
11. Continental breakfast was the worst. For example, they offered tea bags for hot tea, but no hot water.
12. We could not check out late. I guess they were «too fully booked.»

WORST hotel I have ever stayed !!! The toilet wouldn’t flush. I called the front desk numerous times and no one would answer the phone even though it was not busy at all. The wi fi also wouldn’t work. When I went to the front desk to ask for a new room or at least someone to fix the toilet, the woman working was incredibly rude. She didn’t offer to let me change rooms, no nothing. She very rudely said, «Well what do you expect ME to do about it?» It was a cheap hotel, found at the last minute and I would normally chalk this bad experience up to you get what you pay for but the toilet not working was too far and the attitude of the front desk was outrageous. I actually checked out and found a new hotel. I should have received a refund. Seriously, sleeping in a tent outside in a rain storm is better than this crummy hotel and staff.

There is nothing nice about this run down ramada!
Room unclean, hairs and clogged toilet. Brown stuff in the sink. Dirty towel from last guest left hanging on bathroom door. Toilet in bathroom does not work properly! Take shower and it fills up with water plumbing sucks. Bath tub was so nasty I showered in my socks! Found random bugs in room as well. Upon check in: Room smells musty. Pool unclean and it does not feel safe here. No elevator you need to drag your bags up and down the stairs. Random stains all over the room: pillows/​bed are not comfortable. Also the front desk is closed at night if you need anything it takes place through a bullet proof window. Also there are guys who just walk around and go to every door with a hotel key card. I think they find them on the ground or steal them when your at the pool and go to every door to see if they can get in. !scary!I regret making reservations here. Will never never stay here again!
