Applebee’s

2 recent visits here for dinner really disappointed. They were busy, ok I have patience. Lots of people waiting to be seated but they said 30 min wait, no problem. As we stand there waiting I notice several open tables around that are not being filled. There were 4 2 person tables empty and a few booths and larger tables. The hostess is chatting with another employee apparently oblivious to the crowd of waiting patrons. Finally the manager comes over and gets em moving. They promptly seat 2 person parties in the booths and larger tables leaving the 2 person tables empty and groups of 3 and 4 still waiting to be seated. Finally an hour in we get a table.
Our waitress promptly takes our drink order and my outlook improves. We get our drinks quickly and order our food. Our appetizer comes out quickly which is nice because we are starving at this point. It’s a good thing we ordered an appetizer because our wait for our food was very long. Food came out cold and bland. Just disappointment at every turn.
This could be an ok place with good management but until then it’s best to avoid it. Applebee’s also needs to update the menu. It’s getting pretty boring and bland.

Walked in for early dinner, was forced to sit at bar when requested a table. We sat jn tables next to bad but were ignored for a good 10 min. We sat at bar. Finally we were served but the guy next to us was ignored. Poor customer service great food

Bad onion soup ! Doesn’t taste good at all!
But the manager here is SOO soso kind!
Good thing the manager came to our table himself and offered to try something else and take the soup out Our bill since it doesn’t taste good.
Great service !!

Ordered carryout online. The ribs were delicious and the Sweet Asian Pineapple burger was a VERY pleasant surprise. By the time we got from the house to Applebees (roughly 15 minutes), our food was ready for pickup. Service was very quick, efficient, and friendly.

They have some the best service in town. If you are from this area you know there isn’t a lot of choices. BUT if you are from out of town it’s a a warm welcome while away from home!!!

It’s a chain. Meh. There are better places to eat in Warsaw. That said: their boneless wings, for some reason, are extremely delicious. Much better than Buffalo Wild Wings, ironically enough.

Came here with a large group today. Service was very friendly and food was good. Pricing was good and I appreciate immensely that Applebee’s puts their nutritional info online. I had the Sizzling Chicken Frudido and loved it.
I only gave 3 stars because the bathroom was in bad shape. The floors were dirty and had several wadded paper towels on them and the walls were also filthy.
