Brought my running stroller in Mr. Caster himself repaired my flat in less than 10 minutes with a great price and was AMAZINGLY nice! In these days of lack of customer service it is so great to have such an amazing place close by! I will absolutely be back for all my biking and running stroller needs!!!

Friendly, attentive folks, including Brett, Michael and Wendy, executed a smooth dance of trading off tasks and clients to make sure every body got greeted and dealt with and scheduled as they came in on this sunny, fairly busy Saturday afternoon. Got me and my antique Raleigh in and out in under a half an hour, beautiful new bulletproof tires, free advice and consult, and had everything I needed. Glad they’re here, and AMAZING … open on SUNDAY ! Word of a new collaboration between them and Narragansett Cycles of South County. Great shop. Thanks, folks !

Caster’s is my go to place for cycling products. I bought my Scott Foil 40 road bike through the Warwick shop. Friendly and helpful staff helped me pick out the right bike, all while being within my price range. I think I went and test rode it at least 5 or 6 times over the course of a month and they didn’t mind at all. Included in bike purchase was a free fit which was huge considering when I bought my first road bike at Pvd Cycle they charged me an extra $ 125? Also free lifetime tune ups are included. And to top it off Caster’s throws amazing seasonal sales each year which make their deals even better. If you want to meet some great, fun people join in on the weekly group rides too!

This review connects with my review for Caster’s on Fourth as my bicycle purchase was really a joint effort between the two shops. I originally went to Caster’s on Fourth looking to buy a bike, but the weather made test riding an impossibility. A couple weeks later I decided I’d swing by the Caster’s in Warwick where the roads are a bit more suburban and test riding would be more feasible. I came in and test rode the Madone and Domane. I was surprised by my test ride and started to lean more towards the Domane(whereas I was originally leaning towards the Madone). After speaking with Reed on the phone the next day, I decided to pull the trigger. Reed was incredibly professional, down-to-earth, and really seemed to understand good old-fashion customer service. When I came in to buy the bike, Reed was once again patient and helped me get the bike setup in a way that suited me best. There was no upsell, and I felt respected the entire time. I feel like there is a lot more that I could say, but in reality I think my real endorsement is that after visiting almost ten bike shops and doing countless hours of research, I decided to make(what for me) is a huge bike purchase here.

I love this place. The staff is super friendly and I don’t know why this isn’t my first stop every time I need something bike related. It always is my last stop because they have it all. The new setup is very inviting and easy to navigate. As a triathlete i appreciate their knowledge but enjoy how the staff lacks the pretentious attitude several other bike shops I have been to exhibit. I will make this my first stop from now on when I want to hit the road well prepared. Happy riding.

Good local business. they do only carry 2 brands and i am glad they do. They are Trek and Scott. The 2 brands i would buy and there experienced to talk about these 2. the staff was great and took there time with me. I went to providence Bike and they were ok but busy and understaffed for sure. I have friends who have bought from Caster’s and none have been dissapointed. I am not either great experience and awesome bike. bring back every year for free tune up.

I have been to Caster’s many times to test bicycles and get advice from the staff. They are unbelievably knowledgeable and as honest and fair as you could ever imagine. Adam even special ordered a bike for me to try out, with no strings attached. When it didn’t work out, there was no charge, and he just began looking for other bikes. Out of two particular bikes I liked, Adam suggested the one that was less expensive would be best for me. That told me the shop was more interested in a good fit and happy customer, than in steering customers to higher prices. I would highly recommend this shop. They have a huge showroom, a lot of brands, a great selection, and expert help. Finally, they have activities and road tours, bike maintenance etc. throughout the year. AND, they are fun! You will be glad you visited. They also have a shop in Providence RI.

Staff is ok but the biggest problem is that they have only two brands to choose… specialized or Trek. Whats with that?!! I recommend Providence Bicycle and Im heading over to write a 5 star review for them now!

Caster’s is a great local bicycle shop. They have a great selection of bikes, shoes, helmets, etc. They are always really nice and helpful. A great benefit of buying your bike there is you get free life long winer tune ups. We bring ours in every winter and they are good to go for when the weather gets warm again. They also have great prices on fixing little things that might go wrong with your bike. One year I had to get new brakes and it wasn’t even that expensive. I would definiltey check out Caster’s if you can!
