I visited this little place after a hike in Appalachian trail to Stairway to Heaven nearby. It’s a lovely bakery where everyone was so friendly. The owners got to know every customer. Bakeries were high quality and very tasty. I got a piece of strawberry/peach bar, Belgian dark chocolate, icy cold brewed coffee and fresh squeezed pink lemonade. Yes, those are all for my afternoon break. It’s a coffee place of my choice for the next hike.

Had my first visit here recently and tried two cookies. Upon entering, I was surprised that the décor was not more«homey» and comfortable. The few items in the display case were not marked so we didn’t know what they were and the cookie menu did not have any descriptions. We had to ask the salesperson what each was. Time consuming for both him and for us. It would be helpful if that was changed — benefits both the customer AND the store — more sales! Salesperson indicated that inventory was a bit depleted due to farmers market sales — hmmmm… doesn’t make sense that the cases would not be filled on a Thursday. The set up is just odd. In any event, tried a coconut marshmallow cookie(when I got it home, the top separated from the bottom and could not be put back together). Marshmallow part was good. Other cookie was a bar cookie, called dentists nightmare, not hard-crunchy as one would think, rather, it was so soft if almost fell apart, so soft that you could roll it in a ball — perhaps a better idea for this cookie than having it in a bar shape? The taste was good. I wish I was more impressed.

Cheryl was SO helpful– she went above and beyond with helping me with my order. The cookie bars are absolutely fresh and delicious– there have been battles in my house over who gets to eat them all!

Not the best place especially with Friyo right down the street. There’s basically nothing to buy and no where to sit. The prices are crazy and you don’t even get anything. Go to Friyo they actually have a selection

Had my first ever macaron here. It was the almond variety and it was exquisite. It was like an extended orgasm in my mouth; the flavors and wondrous sensations just kept coming and coming and coming. Easily the most sensual food experience I’ve had in ages. I think I paid $ 2.50 for this cookie and I felt guilty upon doing so, but the buttery creaminess of the filling mixed with the meringue of the cookie made it a truly special and worthwhile indulgence. The sensation lingered on my mouth loins for a good 40 minutes after I finished. Mmmm… heaven. I would have had a cigarette afterwards if I still smoked.

I gave my friend their cook book a few years ago so it was nice to finally visit. We bought one piece of their chocolate cake and like a peanut butter square. The latter wasn’t really worth 4 stars but the cake… Like 12 stars! … and one piece was enough for the three of us to share so can’t really complain about value .)

Very good cookies there. We tried them and we will buy again. Especially for Sunday breakfast or some sweets for after the dinner with friends or family(when you have company). Highly recommended. Eat, drink and shop local !

The cold-brewed iced coffee is second-to-none. About those cookie bars — the varieties go well past brown-betties.

Underwhelmed to say the least. I had such high hopes after reading previous reviews on Unilocal. Mediocre at best…

This was truly a new experience for me. I’ve never had a «cookie bar» before. It’s like 50% cookie, 50% brownie and 100% delicious. The owner, Cheryl was great! She explained that all of the ingredients are local and everything is made from scratch in-house. We ordered 20 cookie bars to be cut into quarters for my daughter birthday party. They were a big hit! If you are ever in Warwick, NY this is a must.

Stopped here after visiting some of the apple orchards in the area. I tried the magic bar which contained coconut, pecans, chocolate chips and few other ingredients that I can’t remember. Couldn’t eat the whole bar in one sitting but it was so yummy. Not to sweet and perfect if you love coconut and pecans like I do. The price for each bar varied but the magic bar was about $ 4.00 and a decent price when you look at the size of the bar. I would recommend this place for a visit if your ever in the area.

This is a great stop when in Warwick. Cute shop with delicious cookie treats. The chocolate brownie pretzel is yummy and unique. We really enjoyed the Keylime pie cookie pretzel brownie as well. Cheryl is a wonderful business owner with a lot of passion and has created something different and delicious treats.

Finally stopped in today while up in Warwick, after having it suggested by a few coworkers. Wish we had more time to hang, location was in a really cute, artsy area. The store itself is small, and they only had about 6 bars available, so we decided to buy 4, they’re totally big enough for sharing & fairly priced at about $ 4 each. The key lime was fantastic, nice & tart with a great crust. The chocolate pretzel was also amazing. The mixed berry was a little too heavy on the blueberry for me, I was looking for more Raspberry. The S’more was a tad too sweet, but the homemade marshmallow cream was soooo good. The customer service was great, really nice people, even met the owner, so chill. Overall a good pit stop, would def go back when in the area to look for new flavors.

Berry Patch-Fresh Fruity, not sugary sweet. In a word amazing Chocolate Pretzel Crust-Salty, Sweet and Chocolate. Are you kidding me incredible Key Lime– So delicious and well balanced Smore’s-Both Dark and White Chocolate-outstanding. House made ‘marshmallow whip’ Off the chart good(Kiddo’s favorite) Incredibly gracious, kind hearted hosts greet you with a warm smile, passion for what they are doing. When you have a chance to visit, count your blessings as you have just encountered a ‘gem’ within this hectic paced world. Take your time, breath it in and enjoy!!!

Got a chocolate bar with pretzel crust and a raspberry cookie. Both were outstanding. As my fiancé said the chocolate bar had the perfect blend of sweet and salty. I also ogot a coffee here. I never asked what type it was but it’s just their standard coffee no milk, no sugar, nothing and it tasted pretty good. The extra star goes to how friendly the staff were explaining the cookies they did have and when I asked where the smore bar was I had seen on Unilocal he gave me a breakdown on why they stopped making them temporarily due to the humidity and the marshmallows not jiving. Definitely come here.

I don’t know what I LOVE more about this place — the food or the people. From the minute you walk in you feel like you are home — the people who work there treat you like family and the aroma makes you feel like you are back in grandma’s kitchen. And the cookie bars… one look at them you you will be overwhelmed with delicious possibles. They have everything from apple to chocolate to dare I say Smores! It was hard to pick which one we wanted to try, but of course we went with the Smores. Every bite was a little piece of heaven. I can’t wait to try the other options they have!

This is one of the most unique dessert spots in the area! I love the interior décor from the beautiful brick to the handmade chalk board that displays the daily cookie bar choices and different coffee options they offer. from the minute you walk in you can tell that this is a family owned business as there are really cute picture all over the wall of Cheryl’s(one of the owners) family. Every bar is homemade using local ingredients. My personal favorite is the Smore’s bar which should definitely be shared by two. It’s a homemade vanilla crème marshmallow, special edition hershey’s chocolate, and homemade grahm cracker crust. Their coffee is also really delicious and a perfect compliment to anyone of thier bars. Any time I am in the Warwick area I will be sure to stop in to Corbetts.
