Great service, great wine selection and great food. Win win situation at Grappa with such detailed and attentive servers. From the moment you are seated, to the moment you leave… they are all about you and the rest of your party. Looking forward to our next visit.

$ 21 for a plate of pasta and vegetables?! Does it come with a BJ?
What’s not to love? A spectacular Italian feast served as the sun sets here at the start of summer as music plays on the bandstand down the block. Every appetizer and entrée was a hit. The service is friendly and knowledgable(for the most part*). The price to quality ratio is right on. That I was good friends made it a perfect meal!(*All right I have two minor complaints… but they couldn’t hurt this marvelous night. Our table for eight got enough bread and the wonderful zucchini/eggplant ragout and Parmesan cheese for four. We had to ask for more bread and didn’t get any extra goodies. Then there was a little breakdown when we hit dessert. I didn’t mind the wait as the company and music were wonderful. But to be told that you’ll have to wait to see the dessert tray because we’re very busy right now?! That’s weird. Again in the grand scheme of a wonderful evening… these are just trifles!)

Awesome food, great ambience, and fabulous service. My only gripe is that there is no wine list and when I asked for a blend I was told that they didn’t have it in stock and was sold on another red that was significantly more expensive than my boyfriend’s wine was or wine I’ve had at very expensive restaurants elsewhere for that matter. I would have liked to see a list and pricing on what was available.

Fantastic Northern Italian fair. Reminds me of the times I spent as a young Adult walking and eating through Little Italy in the City. Unfortunately it is the shell of its former self… but luckily we have this gem in quaint Warwick NY to remind us what real Italian food is.

My wife and I went to Grappa tonight for our Anniversary. Do yourself a favor and disregard all negative reviews about this restaurant. The service and food were outstanding. The staff could not be more attentive and the food was delicious. The appetizer that we had was the chopped shrimp avocado with beets and it was delicious. I had the lobster Fra Diavolo which was delicious as well as my wife’s sea bass. The dessert, a chocolate molten cake served with vanilla gelato was also outstanding. I would highly recommend Grappa to family and friends.

Really lovely place. One of only a few consistently strong restaurants in Orange County. Would love to see a heightened bar program. But absolutely worth a recommendation.

Rustic! Fantastic! Great! Delicious! Friendly! Wonderful! A Must! There, that’s my review. But, if you’d like more… The owners, Tony and Nick, were very friendly and helpful, which is reflected in our servers wonderful demeanor. A bottle of the house Pinot Noir was smooth and perfect.(BTW the house wines were highly recommended by the owners). We had the Grilled Octopus app that was sweet, tender and luscious. Also, we enjoyed the Portobello Mushroom with cheese, fruit and nuts. Mmm, I want some more, sir! I special ordered the NY Strip Steak with grilled mushrooms and onions, broccoli rabe and fettuccini in oil and garlic. That’s what I wanted, and boy did they serve it up perfected. The servings were very generous and fabulous. The steak was grilled exactly how I like it. We shared the good sized piece of Coconut Cake for dessert, which was loved by all. The complimentary mini snifter of anisette was a great touch. I’ll definitely will be coming back for more of the incredible dishes on Grappa’s menu. Oh yeah, Judge Napolitano was eating there also. I gave him a thumbs up. He smiled and was friendly. The food probably had a lot to do with that.

Best restaurant in Warwick for date night by far! The atmosphere is awesome just as the staff is. The mushroom ravioli is aaahh-mazzing! Definitely recommend this spot.

Grappa Ristorante is excellent! The food is outstanding. The atmosphere is cozy and homey. The staff is wonderful. What is left to say? I was there for the first time on Sunday and I had a wonderful meal. The salmon was delicious and the appetizers we chose were delicious. I highly recommend this place. You will not regret it and will always go back!

So so good! Excellent service that make you feel comfortable and welcome, like they were waiting for you all day. I do not eat meat, so the manager(I think…) came over and created a dish for me on the spot which sounded delicious – which it was. They start you off with the most delicious bread served with spicy zucchini in olive oil and big chunks of Italian cheese. So, so good. The zucchini is addictive! Then came the wine. Being from Manhattan, I was expecting a tiny glass with about 6 sips in it, as is the norm here. But no, they came with the bottle and kept going and going… the serving was huge and I loved them for it. The main dishes were so delish – we both had pasta and loved it. We come up to Warwick a few times a year and will absolutely be coming back here.

Outstanding place from start to finish. Excellent food & drink in a really comfortable, upscale atmosphere. Dine outside or on the 2nd floor upstairs. Red sauce type dishes were excellent as was the Lobster Ravioli. Awesome Bread and the complementary eggplant dip and fresh Parmesan Cheese is the best I’ve had anywhere. Desserts are homemade & there is an extensive bar menu. Will absolutely frequent when in the area. Complementary, Homemade Grappa is served as an after dinner drink as well. Be sure to make reservations as it’s very busy and you still may need to wait a bit at peak times. Overall, a really great place

The best — and I mean the BEST — Chicken Parm. Hands down, no doubt. The sauce is incredible and the service is class. 4 – 5 star all the way. Nice bar, plenty of rustic qualities, etc. Menu is fantastic. My go-to when in Warwick.

I can’t even give a star though I would have loved to go! After a long day we were starving and the menu looked lovely. We drove 25 min if from our stay at a lodge in Vernon to park and then be told they aren’t serving dinner. It was 8:30 on a Sunday and the man working said they close early though the website says they close at ten. After saying we need to eat he tried to say just sit down and have drinks. Again we explained the website never mentioned closing and not serving food! A big disappointment to not even get to dine.

My friends and I tried Grappa when visiting Warwick. We were a party of 7 with two babies. Outside there was tables lined up with umbrellas, but it was way to hot for that being it was 101° that day. We were seated fast and water was poured immediately which was nice because we were so hot. A waiter came and explained all the specials. We then ordered. I had the lobster ravioli and my husband had the chicken francese. He said his dish was absolutely delicious. My lobster ravioli was good but not the best. I felt like it lacked a bit of flavor. The staff was very nice and attentive. The décor was very warm and stylish. Bathrooms were very clean which is important in my book. After our meal we were brought complimentary anisette drinks, which was very nice. I thought for sure the bill was going to be outrageous but was pleasantly surprised! It was nowhere near what I thought it would be. We tipped 20% as the staff indeed deserved it. I definitely would recommend this place. We will be back the next time we visit the Warwick area.

Writing this as I just finish the meal. I had the veal chop and the clam appetizer. Overall a good meal but not memorable. Nice atmosphere a little slow on service. Recommendation; nice enough, tasty enough and decent service but not impressive. Ok for the area.
