They closed Bar 515 and turned it into «The Root Cellar.» It closes early. Midnight on a Saturday!

San Francisco, CA
Great outdoor seating and lovely view. Service is pretty bad for what it is; reminds me of the overpriced cafes near the eifle tower. Saving grace is their nice mixed cocktail list for HH; enjoyed the berry sangria and their sliders; wouldn’t recommend but nice spot after long tours by the white house.
