Chris is an excellent trainer! He seems to know exactly how much I can handle and is great at breaking things down so that I can see progress over time. When I started with him, I was very out of shape, had poor balance(due to an old knee injury/surgery), and just generally felt like I couldn’t do anything. Chris was able to design a program appropriate for my level and was sensitive to my injury issues(something not all trainers know how to do!). Today, I still have room for improvement, but under his guidance I know I can learn and accomplish any goal.

I have to respond to to the review that gave Chris the 4 stars. I just don’t believe that it’s a very fair review to give an individual a 4 star Bc of the environment of the business. Obviously from the review, Chris did an awesome job as a trainer, and and deserves a 5 star review. I have worked out with Chris myself, and Chris was very personal, kind, & very knowledgeable on his expertise’s. And he made a difference in my health by not only training, but also having a diet regimen to follow to assure that I get the best results that I could possibly see and feel. This is Chris’s Unilocal page, not the gym. I would recommend Chris to anyone that is looking to see and feel a difference in the way they feel, & look. And I should add that also he’s inspiring to others in his fight against obesity. Chris’s bike ride from Washington, D.C. to Alabama,(a almost 800 mile bike ride) should say it all. Way to go Chris! You truly are someone that practices what you preach.

This review is for my personal trainer Chris Williamson or Christopher Williamson. His websites are as follow: — To start with I must say I take my personal training very seriously. Like most people I like to have a healthy life style to enable me to enjoy life. So how do you pick a personal trainer? In my case, it was a bit hit and miss, until I found Chris. Having had a super good trainer in England for a long period of time. The task was daunting. The way health club operates is very different here in the US than in England. I first worked out in the LA Fitness inside the Ritz Carlton, but found that it was not a friendly club, and people seems rather snobbish. I had some let’s say not so good experience with other PT in this club, and I quitted the personal training membership. However, it is always at the back of my mind that I wanted to have one. I observed different trainer at the gym, I noted some did not correct their client’s technique or posture that I know was dead wrong. Some are not punctual … I observed Chris from a distance and noted that his client’s program was interesting and he was diligent to correct client’s technique. So I decided to give it a try. I had been with Chris for over 6 months now. I can genuinely say I enjoyed the training. I found 5 elements that are essential in Chris as a trainer. 1. Patience — I am not terribly clever at times with new exercise, Chris is patient to show me the rope. 2. Qualification — Chris has the necessary qualification, check with him for details, and he is constantly educating himself. 3. Communication — instructions on my fitness program are clear and you book via for your session, there is no error with that. 4. Professionalism — it’s fair to say that it is essential to maintain a close relationship with a client, it is also important to have a level of professionalism. 5. Personality — You have to be his client to find out, Chris is friendly and pleasant to be around. I felt comfortable to be around him. I am sure there are different way to engage Chris’s service, through the Washington Sports Club is only one way. He also runs Group Exercise Classes in the Meridian Park on Saturday during the spring and summer season. He has his own business which is Link Fitness. I am just glad that I found a trainer I can rely on to improve my fitness, lifestyle and achieve my fitness goal.
