negative 100 stars just awful. awful customer service terrible service seriously slow. can never get a supervisors help and nobody wants to talk about sprint buying them out but they want there money. told to want 24 hours for service a few times but they refuse to want a hour for there money. clear just needs to go out of business.

i just got mine today — and it’s excellent! I went to the Best Buy in Columbia Heights and Tonya, the Clear rep there, was great. She explained everything, was very honest about what it could and couldn’t do, and after I purchased it she walked me through setting it up. Now the walk home had me terrified — would it drop only three blocks away? NOPE! I’m here writing about it and streaming a movie on Netflix via my Wii all at the same time while it’s pouring like dogs and cats. I’ll update this post if service changes but I’m very happy so far!

If i could give Clear internet provider negative 5 stars i would. Worst internet connection on the planet. after dealing with a terrible internet connection from the get go, they did«everything the could» to provide me better service based on the tower i was getting service from and their final suggestion was to terminate service. thats right folks– THEYSUGGESTED I TERMINATE. so i did… back to verizon DSL. never again Clear. DONTWASTEYOURTIMEORMONEY.

For the past month, download speeds have been consistently excellent, i.e. between 9 and 10MB/sec.
