Unfortunately, today will be my first and final trip to Franz Bader. They are currently hosting a «store closing» sale. At this point, mid-​September 07, everything in the store is 30% off. I found a lovely book of nature photography that will be Dad’s holiday gift. I would highly recommend checking it out if you need photography, art history, or architecture gifts for yourself or others. But, call first to make sure they are still open!

This is definitely one of the best bookstores in DC. They primarily focus on large art /​photography books. This store stocks books on art, art history, architecture, and photography, as well as exhibition catalogs.
