I shop at Johnston and Murphy somewhat regularly for my shoe needs. I’ve been to this location several times. Usually on the weekends though and it’s always pretty empty as far as customers go, but the service is always pleasant and they try and be helpful without being too pushy. I’ve been to other Johnston and Murphys in the area, which I have written reviews, and the service there has been horrible. Even though this one is a little farther, I’ll continue to go here.
