Next 2 Cleaners

Unreliable and rude.
I think they’re called Cornerstone Cleaners now.
I had a big dinner to attend on Thursday Nov 20^th of this year. On Monday I dropped my dry cleaning off. In addition to being told Thursday after five, it said Thursday after five on the receipt. When I arrived to pick up my clothing around six on Thursday they weren’t there. She made a brief phone call and told me there was nothing she could do. I told her that among those shirts was a gift that I needed to be wearing so as not to be rude to the hostess of the dinner. She told me I wouldn’t have to pay and told me to pick up the clothes the next morning. I showed up around noon the next day. Clothes were still not there. She told me to return after 5:00pm. I could not due to an engagement. When I returned the next day to retrieve my clothing, she handed them to me immediately. I smiled and thanked her, relieved. I went to pay her because I was so happy my clothing was found. Before I could, she said «Don’t come back.»
It’s fortunate I didn’t accidentally fall down and hurt myself while inside. They probably would have kicked me till I was dead.
Anyway, unreliable and rude.
