Stopped by for a late lunch today. I ordered the Sautéed Shroom Burger with fries and a soft drink. The burger was outstanding, the best part of my experience was the high level of outstanding customer service I received. When my order was ready the customer service rep double checked my order to make sure I had everything I wanted. Overall everyone working the lunch shift today made me feel welcome. By far the best customer service I have received from a restaurant at L’Enfant Plaza. I am sure I will be back for another Burger. Please keep up the outstanding customer service. –Rustic Traveller–

I had an hour to kill before a meeting and I’m running around DC traffic in the rain trying to find a Five Guys which probably wasn’t the smartest move since its like taking a greasy sleeping pill. Anyway, no Five Guys, but I did manage to find 30 minutes worth of parking for 9 dollars which led subsequently to Red Robin. I had the Gourmet Burger, fries and a soft drink. I think the Gourmet Burger is analogous to the Big Kahuna Burger except probably not as tasty. Those gentlemen working in that place are super nice. Really. I’m giving two extra stars for how courteous and friendly they were.

I absolutely LOVE regular Red Robin. This place is super weird and substandard. Pros: It’s sort of like Red Robin? Cons: It is in some strange mall underground that apparently is for employees of the surrounding buildings. Their menu is much more limited, which is fine, but it’s also a la cart which sucks. Service poor, unfriendly. Hard to find seating. Will not eat here again.

Its Red Robin, take out style. The staff was friendly, and the food was just as you expect it from a RR sit down. Time to get your food seems slow, but I am ok with that for the main reason nothing is cooked until you order it. My only compliant is the pricing seems cheaper at first, but then fries are not included, those are extra. At the end it was only about $ 2 less than the sit down concept.

The food itself is fine; I especially liked the thai chili sauce that came with the sweet potato fries. The problem is you’re paying the same amount as you would in their sit-down restaurant for food court service. The burgers definitely aren’t worth the price they’re charging.

ABSOLUTELYLOVETHISPLACE. Great staff, great food, great service. In fact, the Bleu Ribbon and Burnin’ Love burgers are better at this Red Robin BurgerWorks location than 3 of the sit-down Red Robin restaurants in the DMV area! Only had 2 issues so far: — Turkey burger patty has a slightly rubbery texture to it, which does not appeal to me. Love that I can get it on any specialty burger as a replacement to the beef patty, but I think I will stick with the beef patty since they do that extremely well. — I ordered the 5 Alarm Breakfast Sandwich one morning and requested cheddar instead of American cheese. The receipt was right but the order was wrong, and they took a long time preparing it. But I reported the issue and their staff went ABOVEANDBEYOND to remedy the situation with me. Usually, even if the line is a little long, I’ve never waited longer than 5 minutes from paying for my order to walking away with my order in my hand. The staff is extremely friendly, they do quality work and I look forward to my next visit.

Ugh, don’t plan to come here again. Ordered a simple chocolate shake. Took forever and the shake was not mixed. Also the dude making the shake only filled the cup up about halfway, then filled the rest with whipped cream. Never again.
