Starbucks

It’s a typical starbucks place. There’s free wifi access and the coffee is great as usual. The one thing that I found nice is that although it is a little shop, there’s room for you to stay and have your latte. Atentions is good.

This Starbuck’s is located in a hotel. I suspect that this location is not a «real» Starbucks. I became suspicious when I could not order ahead because the app did not show the location in the list of possible locations although I was standing right next to it. I also noticed that the Point of Sale system was different than other Starbucks. Nevertheless, the products and services were typical and up to Starbucks standards.

This is one of the worst Starbucks locations that I’ve been too. It’s located in a hotel, so I suppose that’s why. I actually wrote to complain, and they said that they aren’t a real Starbucks, they are just affiliated with Starbucks, or something like that. Every time that I go here, they make me wait forever and/​or they get my order wrong. I’ve even paid for baked goods that they didn’t end up having. People who were behind me in line get their fancy orders before me. I know that places screw up, especially during the morning rush, but they consistently screw up. Additionally, I’ve been in the afternoons when there are hardly any patrons, and I still have to wait just as long! I could walk to the farther Starbucks and get my coffee there quicker than this one that’s just across the street. The worst part about this location is that their employees aren’t friendly at all. You can hardly hear them mumbling behind the registers, and it really just adds to the bad experience that you’re already having.
I know it’s Starbucks, but I will only go here if it’s an emergency!

Very polite, friendly staff. They do a nice job of recognizing the regulars. Sometimes the line can be a little long, but it moves quickly.

Just a typical Starbucks I suppose. Seating is limited. The AC is on and a much needed break from the DC summer heat. This is one of the smaller Starbucks. This is not suited for studying or anything like that; much too loud and there is constant traffic in and out of the shop. They do not have wifi which is a huge turn-​off.
