I’m not a regular, just in town for work and staying close to this Starbucks. I ran in for a treat receipt frappé and was surprised at how empty this place was-​only 3 other people there on a wednesday evening around 6:30. Service was quick and my drink was good.

The service is so bad here. I go here just about every morning, and there is not one day where I don’t catch attitude from someone. I used to work retail so I know what it’s like to feel like you don’t want to deal with people on a given day. But this has been happening for the last 6 months I’ve been going here. And if the coffee was good, I would gladly deal with the bad attitudes, but they are constantly messing up my order.
I will happily walk up a block to the next Starbucks.

This Starbucks is really convenient for me when I am walking to the law school from work. The guys who are usually working there seem ultra lazy. Also, there was a bug chilling in the baked goods thing the other day, just FYI. Last time I was in one of the workers was just hanging out in a comfy chair and even though the other guy was busy he didn’t move to help me. Even if he was on a break that is a no-​no. If you are on a break you are supposed to stay in the back so that customers don’t encounter this situation. At least that is what I learned early on.
